UPDATED - CX919 - 4.2.2 - Finless ROM 1.6b

OK folks. For those that need touch screen support here is a new boot.img that adds is.

Download this and unzip it. You will have a file called boot720_touch.img
Put this in my 1.6a FinlessROM folder.
Run the flash tool and change the boot.img line and point to this new boot file.
Uncheck everything else and flash only boot720_touch.img
On reboot touch should now be working.

To confirm you can install Android Terminal Emulator and at the command prompt type
lsmod
It will list all installed KO modules and it should list Virtual Touchscreen as installed.

NOTE: This only works on 720P kernel. It will install on 1080 kernels but the coordinates will be wrong.
Sorry I have not found a touch.ko that supports 1080 kernels.

Iv downloaded the boot720_touch, flashed just the new boot720_touch,It flased ok I think, but wont boot up stuck on android open belly with a few options at the top left,,so I decided to erase nand and reflash everything using the (boot720_touch) still the same android open belly

Edit,,just flashed the old boot & im up & running again but with no touch screen support.
I don't no if it makes any difference but I used 1.6 not 1.6A rom
Another thing the boot720_touch you uploaded is not a zip file its a image so I did not need to unzip it

Let me download it and make sure something happened.
It is a zip but when you open google drive it automatically opens the zip so you can download the img.

Im using the simon720 no overclock

Just tried it with the stock kernel. It still works fine.

Your download must have gotten corrupt!
In google drive up at the top left, use that menu to download the zip file instead of downloading the img from the zip. Then unzip it. This way if it unzips fine, you know you have a good boot.img file.

no luck back to 1.4

still get the hand if i touch the screen, drag it a round no probs.
so touch works, but can't click/tab/select any thing.
no short (left button) or long touch (right button).
even when i put 2 fingers on the screen it sees both (multitouch) but noaction tapping/selecting

gonna make a video clip of it

If so the problem there is gonna be drivers and a profile. I need more info to try and fix that.

Right I re downloaded the zip that flashed no problem this time my download must have gotten corrupt

The only one listed is <module.o>

Oh im using a normal tv screen not a touch screen monitor

If so the problem there is gonna be drivers and a profile. I need more info to try and fix that.

yes, an iiyama 2250MTS
1.4, 1.5 works like a charm after putting an vendot idc file in system/usr/idc
in 1.6 after putting the idc file in its place you cant select/tab any more.

mine is showing the same as yours now so mine should work

i think there is a change in the rom, whats causing this problem.
never had this problem first time this worked also on all the roms for UG802.
even the stock rom the cx-919 came with...
i think the big question is whats different in this rom.
i Tried the kernell from 1.5 and 1.4.

Can confirm touch input still not working for me either sixaxis I get the little hand but it don't work,, finless 1.6 boot720_touch installed,,Im just going to check 1.4 rom 4.1 android to see if lsmod is the same as yours
