    The RR 1.6.1 kernel is unmodified. You may have a very unlucky CPU, I would revert to stock firmware and test again and if you have same problem check with your supplier to see if it can be replaced under warranty.

        Thanks for your answers/responses atm the tablet is running ok ,
        I will go back to the sumvision firmware and test again but haven't got time right now.
        I will report back my results.

            I wasn't successful with patching my kernel to 1.7 MHz. I could get it to boot but Antutu would stick at 21% and my tablet would randomly reboot. This happened even when taking voltage up to 1375. I am using the following and things have thus far been stable and I get an Antutu score of 20909.

            "cpu1688h_1375mv" =>
            [
            [900000, 312000],
            [925000, 504000],
            [1000000, 816000],
            [1075000, 1008000],
            [1200000, 1200000],
            [1250000, 1416000],
            [1375000, 1688000],
            ],

            "gpustock" => 0,

            "ddr720h_1300mv" =>
            [
            [1300000, 720001],
            ],

            Perhaps there are better voltage settings that may provide a smoother experience but I am no expert in this area so any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Leaving the settings for CPU and GPU at stock levels and overclocking the RAM as noted above provides a Antutu score around 20200 and doesn't provide the smoothest experience. I guess it may be appropriate to note that I am doing this on the Pipo M6 Pro 1.7 KitKat ROM using the WiFi only edition of the Pipo M6 Pro. The only problem I have had with KitKat is the sound in some games creates an echo effect (example Rayman). They are still playable but I need to turn the sound off.

              As I told many time (read my post #412 on page 21 for further details), DO NOT SET THIS KIND OF FREQUENCIES: if you are able to go stable with [email protected] (this is a very high voltage, I don't suggest to use it) you can use it, BUT EVERY OTHER frequency between 1608-1704Mhz ARE NOT USED BY ANDROID, so you can set it but they are TOTALLY useless.
              Then for your unlucky CPU, go to default table for CPU and try to reduce voltage for the ram, try setting the ram to [email protected]. I'm pretty sure It will work without any issue.
              For your specific tablet I don't suggest to change the CPU part. Even on other frequencies could be a complete waste of time trying to find the lowest stable voltages...probably you are already on them!

                Did as you said and left everything stock except RAM at [email protected]. Antutu scores it at 19328. I tried bumping the voltage to 1.3 for the RAM and get a score of 20275 and things seem a little snappier. I am not terribly concerned about battery life so I'll leave it at the 1.3 setting unless you would advise against it. However, I am curious as to why the 1688 setting I had would score at 20909 if ignored by the OS. This is probably because I am not the most educated person when it comes to the inner workings of Android. I would definitely like to become more educated in it. Thanks for your patience and all the work you (and others) have done in this area.

                  The voltage doesn't affect performance, ONLY stability.
                  Difference in antutu results are acceptable as normal variation due to "test result count precision".

                  to do a more significant test:

                  - leave the tablet 1-2 minutes after boot doing nothing
                  - disable wifi
                  - remove microSD if any
                  - perform the test

                  Repeat the test with all the kernels you have prepared.
                  If antutu score variation is around 200-300 points it is REALLY NEGLIGIBLE.

                  I performed MANY tests, I can assure you that if your tablet is stable at 1608-stock and with ram at [email protected] Leave the tablet in this way.

                  It is not so significant the performance boost when the CPU frequency is set over 1.6Ghz. Even if it would be stable at 1.7Ghz I will not use it with a voltage of 1.375V. You will risk to fry the CPU.
                  In any case for the reasons I wrote before not a frequency between 1.608 and 1704 is used by Android.

                  I'm using 1.7Ghz with 1.275V. This is a more resonable setting. (stable for my tablet)

The antutu info is very helpful as well as the voltage risk. I wasn't aware of what would be considered significant with respect to the differences in antutu scores. I'll keep away from frequencies between 1.608 and 1.704 for reasons you've noted in this and previous posts. ☺

                      I was inspired to try a few things. Since 1704 is beyond my reach with my unlucky M6 Pro, I decided to attempt some undervolting and see how I fair with that. The following settings have passed the antutu test with a score of 20430 and appear to be stable (only time will tell):

Any suggested tweaks are more than welcome as well as bringing to my attention anything I may need to be concerned about within these settings. It's a learning process for me.

                        Well, I had the same problem as you Reolin, on Win XP 32bit. So I removed ActivePerl-5.18.1.1800-MSWin32-x86-64int-297570.msi and installed the older ActivePerl-5.16.3.1603-MSWin32-x86-296746.msi instead.
                        And see wonder the patchomatic script works OK, shows the detailed info correctly.

                          Giouncino's very low setting kernel will not boot on my M6pro under 1.6 RileyROM, however I find the slightly modified CPU table
