I too have this exact board - although I can't see the T-sign on the Rockchip label. This ROM is my fourth attempt in getting the board stable. Most ROMs don't support the Wifi-unit AP6210, others have problems with stability, flicker, slow wifi, and heat. But this ROM seems to work perfectly - for my needs at least.

not sure about the 1080p. I know it was playing 720p with no stuttering.

I'll try and put the steps I did for flashing...which was only my second time but a breeze...

download the zip to your pc and unzip.
plug in your mk802 using the micro usb-to-usb cable that came in the box.
plugs into OTG port on miniPC and usb port on your computer.

(I had a hard time getting it into flash mode...there is a small hole on the side with the vents...use a paperclip to push in and hold while plugging into USB of computer...easier if you have 3 hands )

now open neomode rom flash tool v1.37

it should say RKAndroid found. (if not then maybe you need to install the drivers first - driver folder)
if still not found I had to reboot my pc

make sure the paperclip is pushing down the reset button...you can feel a little click...

once it is properly recognized...EraseIDB

once that completes with no errors...run...

That completes with no error you are done.

Power up minipc and let run for a few minutes to get updates.

If you can manage to open the case (using nails or a ruler) it's easier to find the boot button. On my case, the hole in the case wasn't placed correctly...

hi,

now i trid this rom with kernel 3 fur my ugoos um2.

wlan is perfect! but still the same problem with black screen flickering with 1080p mode. on my sony. only when i set to 720 its working.
here i also experience the probnlem, that my external remote from koenig is responding weird. on click always lead to at least 2...


any hunt how to get full hd working?

The problem is we have not A real 720p Kernel.
So We Switch the Kernel via build.prob to 720p.

do i understand correctly. you only have a1080 kernel? what i dont understand ist, that 720 is working perfectly but 1080 isnt. but only on my sony tv. i get this black screens every 5 seconds. but not a fix rythmus.

on my other samsung both modes are working fine.

is this finally a problem with my sony tv? its a 46ex705.

I think your TV has a problem with the screen refresh rate of the stick. Did you try to change this?

hi,

yes i tried both modi 60hzand 50hz. but wireless is extremly good. hd streaming via icefilms is very nice. just watched true detective in really good quality.

what me also bothers is, that the fix mounted ir remote from ugoos is not working, but also my koenig usb wireless remote is too slow. meaning when i press a button always two clicks are recognises .... which makes it almost useless.

Tablet Build.prop

Hi Neomode,

I was trying to setup my build.prop so that it gets detected as a tablet (nexus 10) in this case. However, when I used the build.prop file attached, my device (CX-919) wen into a boot loop. Could you help help me fix this build.prop or provide a build.prop that allows my CX-919 to be detected as a tablet in playstore.
