Both of you have the trim version of the cpu which requires something that missing from these kernels to get the full freq range.
We know it does so this since i tested it with stock to find out if it was hardlocked which thankfully its not.

Neomode knows of this now and if i remember correctly is working on the mk802IV now so we should see a rom with full range in short order.

My CPU is marked with "RK-3188", I have looked inside the stick, and NOT RK-3188-T so I don't understand. I have understand that the "-T" mark on the CPU was the trimmed version

Using Kernel 3 1080P ROM, CPU frequency 300 MHz - 1.6GHz. Governor Interactive. Runs Well. Stream full 1080P using Lan USB dongle, Archos Video or MX Player. No reboots.

than unpack

go to folder RK Upgrding Tool -> Batch Tool
start the exe with admin

(on the left side you can change the language to english )
chose the file Update_bt919_rk3188_dongle_ap6210_131123.img (you have downloadet it first)
than press restore...

wait .....when it finished wifi and bt works....

With this rom wi fi and blue too work verywell.
But this rom have too low fashion comparate with neomode rom the icon i too big and the power off bottom dont work just screen off. With neomode rom the stick power off.
For the other 3d game work well and streeming hd run dry! I feel much happy now but hope that anyone find the way to work wi fi and bluetooth with neomod rom!

Installed on my CX-919 (April, 2013 manufacture date) and Root Explorer constantly crashes on me.

Also happens with other downloaded apps, as well.

Edit: I had updated apps that required an update, after pre-install, and apps don't seem to crash now!

In Kernel zip, there are 4 kernel files: Kernel, Kernel1, Kernel2 and Kernel3? Is there a specific one the is 1080p native, or are all of these capable of 1080p? I used kernel1 and kernel (at different times, of course) and, from my experience, I was able to change it to 1080p - from 720p - unless there is a difference with those kernels. Any information on those would be appreciated.

Found this explanation.

Neomode Can explain you better, but he already said in another post that:

Kernel is the Normal 720p Kernel.

Kernel1 and Kernels2 are Overclocked 720p Kernels.

Kernel3 is the 1080p Kernel.

I am using the Kernel2 with my CX-919 and all works flawlessly!!

After a Lot of People having Trouble run my Hybrid Rom on this Device,
I decided to split it off.

Here is now the Custom Rom for all Versions off the MK809III,
This means it's run on Hardware Version 1,2,3.
This is a 720p Rom no 1080p at the Moment I need a Stable Kernel.

What is inside ?

A Complete Custom Rom for the MK809III without China Apps.
The Rom´s comes with a Patched Kernel for better Performance.

I use exposed framework from XDAdevelopers (search internet) first install exposed then all the modules including the one that fix Google play. It is fare the best way to do it, there are also many other modules that helps you increase your stick performance
