Which firmware has the option to change from Normal to HD? I'm using RR 1.5 and I really feel a less batery life.
Could you add un the next firmware that option please?

You can find it in the thread about 1.5 (I asked it myself a few days ago )

You can re-enable this setting by changing a line in the build.prop:

ro.rk.resolution_enable=false, change to =true

After a reboot you will then have the option to select HD or Normal in the display settings.

She is not competent...
that was the changelog of the 1.1.2 (the previous version). I have no words for her....
I can assure that Deep sleep is now working without changing library. This is probably the only difference wrt the previous one.

I think that the difference in battery drain between normal and HD mode in not significant.
I made some testing and the battery duration is EXACTLY the same. You can use other more significant tweaks to improve battery life....(for example my customized kernels that reduce battery drain for CPU and RAM )

I just wonder where I can find battery with spec you provided. Will try to look for on ****- did you use some specific "key words" to look for? assume there are 2 batteries with specs you provided, connected?

No the battery PACK is 5000mAh BUT at 7.4V so it can be called 10.000mAh at 3.7V... This is the "trick"...

I asked for a warranty replacement to the Pipo e-bay seller (I bought from him 17 Pipo M6pro...), and he sent me the original replacement battery.

No, multi window is not supported by the M6pro at the moment, and sincerely NOW I don't feel this as an important lack...

Just to chime in a bit...since there has been so much activity....

I didn't have a change log when I made this ROM...so thanks a lot for the info.

I didn't know about the 3G lib fix. As an afterthought I made 1.6.1 to address it if needed. Turns out, they included our fix to their firmware...an example of how this community works...thanks for that, EVERYONE.

Turning up the wifi power was just something I added because my signal at the fire station, yesterday was a little weak and I wanted to test this tweak to see if it really worked. And it did. But if battery consumption is important to you, I would flash 1.6.

I never used the low resolution mode...so I didn't really miss it. Likewise, my other tablets that have multi window support haven't impressed me that much. Its a good idea, but the windows are really too small for me to use.

I plan on finding some improvements to multi user. There isn't much info available about it, so this will involve some trial and error.

I had three new ROMs to put out yesterday. My priority is getting a rooted ROM (AT LEAST) for every official update. Then as feedback comes in...I try to work on fixes and additions.

Keep up the great feedback and I will try to keep making this tablet even better.
