It is a kitkat 4.4.2 release.

NEWS:
It has a new bootloader: 2.09.
I'm going to install this rom now and tell you what is changed.
IT BOOTS UP IN 34seconds from a complete OFF state!!!!! AMAZING BOOTUP TIMINGS!!!!

unfortunately the problem of the app optimization at every boot seems not solved with this new release (Feb 13rd)...

UPDATE:
the tablet doesn't bootup when charged in off state! It only indicates battery icon (in a similar way as on JB)

in this new release the GPS can be switched on.
I didn't test if it works (because I'm at work and I cannot go outside to test it!)

I never said that!
Another user said that GPS is not working.

At the moment I've not enough elements to confirm that!

This evening I could have time to check it too.
