The Jellybean kernels that you compile, can you also share a config file for them? What source are you using? I see you already uploaded the kernel to another thread, will test it soon.

Strange, RT8188 was left out of my archive, I don't know how it didn't get added, fixed now - don't burn up your rockchip, and make sure you thank d33!

tried your latest kernels ap6210 v4.00 on my Rikomagic mk802IV non t, new wifi and only get to the ugos logo in double vision (2 logos overlaid and slightly apart) then goes into a boot loop and no further joy.

Using cloudnet go version of kitkat. Any thoughts on what is happening here?

Do I need a different boot image as well as kernel? Any toughts?

This was reported before. I think the other poster (you?) said that it sometimes booted clean / sometimes not (double vision thing). I haven't seen it myself.

Don't know which ROM the Cloudnet one is, sorry. As long as it is based on the newest 'official' code it should be okay.

Ya I read that post too. I however, never got a clean boot. I've tried several times to no avail. It is the newest official KK unfortunately only 720p however. Thanks for your input, I will keep an eye out on neomode work with mk802iv, hopefully he posts a working kernel at 1080p for the unit.

Your kernels worked well for me up to version 2, anything beyond that gave me trouble. Thanks for your help it is appreciated.

True, but past kernels have been similar enough to allow it to boot up and be used effectively. TV stick or TV box none have worked since version 3.0 / 3.1. Only luck is with Version 2. Sorry to have wasted your time.

Tried to flash my K-R42 with 8188 kernel.
Unfortunately my ethernet still isn't picked up.
If you remember there was only one "kernel_RTL8188_HD_v311a" which was compatible.

Yes, it looks strange.
I don't know, probably it wasn't so clear experiment, because this kernel(V4.00) was flashed over wasser kitkat 0.95 which had been tested with your another kernel(V4030a, but patched by myself).
I gonna try to flash ROM from post#69 with this (V4.00)kernel again and make DMESG.

I have reflashed from zero both ROM and your 4022 kernel.
Just look at this

Ethernet is working now

and it has the same miracle concerning the ddr clock and huge pile of I2C errors too.
