we speak about ram not nand.. the big chip on the board is nand, ram chips are smaller

I understand, I said flash (not RAM) flash is usually nand. What I am trying to say is that 1GB RAM should be enough with this ROM. What you should really worry about is NAND where internal memory will come to play and where all your install and cache reside.

Sorry for this nooby question but what is then meant by 2gb ram/8gb rom? In antutu it states only 1gb. Basically I only need this stick for xbmc. Is 1gb sufficient?

Have Tested this Rom and everything Works like it should with MK809III Version 2 & 3.
The Rom comes with a SD Kernel and a DPI Setting of 160 and is Rooted.

I also get confused by the terms. I call ROM the OS I install on the stick. But ROM is really "Read Only Memory" and RAM is "Random Access Memory" but I most cases we call a ROM what we install on the devices. And RAM the memory it has like the ram in a PC. And Nand (or Flash) memory is like your Hard Drive on a PC. At least that's how I see it. Anybody is welcome to correct me.

First of all,

THANKS to Neomode for all his great work.
I (and I think a lot of other people around) really appreciate your effort and competencies.
I Installed this Rom (Neomode Custom Rom MK809III Version 3.1 Android 4.4.2) and everything is working well (Full HD too).
The only thing I'm still not able to start is wifi (I'm on RTL8723BS), bluetooth seems to work (I used a bluetooth keyboard to test the installed ROM).

I'll will wait for the forecasted new release and thank in advance for the help.
