Hi Neomode. For the next update, consider adding an option to disable voice search as the MK809III doesn't have a mic (the mic icon appears every time you click on a text field and the sound stops the music player or other players). As well, an option to disable android keyboard would be useful. I have an RC11 control and half the screen disappears to let the keyboard or the voice search appear.

The app "null keyboard" solves your problem in the meantime. I've been using it for a very long time with hardware keyboards.

hi, thanks a lot for the rom neomode... I have just a little issue, it doesn't save the screen scale, everytime I need that i turn it on I have to adjust it.... any help?

NeoMode please in this post you were saying you were making a version for MK802IV with AP6210, but I've seen the 3.6 gained for the old wifi.Cuando going to perform the upgrade for Kit Kat MK802IV with wifi ap6210?. Thank you work and excuse my English.

I wouldn't hold out too long in hope of a Neomode MK802IV 6210 offering. I've given up on it. Four months ago he said it was "next". Try SMIC's 1080p 809III KK rom instead. It isn't as snappy and responsive as the Neo 1.9a JB rom, but at full 1080 and with few bugs it is the best fit for now.

Sorry just a quick comment i see the amounts of requests and since rom devs do for free and sometimes the nature of those requests turn little like sour milk because some dont get what they want when they want i see why some rom devs stop making or leave site for some time,

It will get done when it gets done, as you suggested try other avenues or try your hand at making one yourself if time frame not to your liking. slamming the devs accomplishes nothing.

Edit D33 is also working on some kernels for same with Smic vid fix so maybe some waiting on those kernels for roms.

The truth is that I have read this thread from the first page and NeoMode indicates that our stick was next. NeoMode, we know you're very busy, but can you tell us something about MK802IV with AP6210, for when a firmware kit kat?

I can understand frustration with not having a complete working firmware for the MK802IV.

But lets be real here we get the firmware for free and for those doing the job its hard to find time to do the work.
There work,family,kids and day to day life to deal with not to ignore sickness and emergencies.

I see no reason at all to complain about something i get for free and the support after.

I may have been misunderstood. I was in no way "slamming" Neomode. I see it as stating facts. As some here know I held out for a long stint in wait for a functional 802IV 6210 release. Im sure it would have happened if not for the subsequent "-T" chip fiasco and the infernal netchip variations of the 809"III" series throwing Neo and other devs a curveball. Ray has been a crucial contributor to the cause but now has other things going on. I have little issue with that, such is life. His 1.9a rom had been the best thing to happen to my model of stick until just recently.

EDIT: The point is entirely that the MK802IV AP6210 has a compatible rom now via SMIC and that harassing Neomode to create something that already exists is ridiculous.

I loaded this rom (from a tablet so my display was double and sideways) but I had wifi and bt working on this KitKat rom.

EDIT: Maybe if we can modify the kernel on that other ROMN to work ok on HDMI (look normal, landscape and 1920x1080 I can use that ROM instead, but I have not found any other ROM that has working WIFI & BT for this MK809IV with Mediatek wifi & bt

EDIT2: There is also a Reboot app that works. Here it is if you want to install on your wokring AP6201 or RTL

Hey, im afraid i have the rk3188-t / rtl 8723 cbs cipset in my stick, is it possible to get the wifi and bluetooth working on that with some other drivers maybe?
