Hey....

...this is the first ROM working like a charm.....

.....except any game I try.

I even can watch Maxdome in full HD with the "virtual HDMI plug" or any other streaming-app. But every time I try to play anything, it works for 5 minutes max, then it restarts.

Is this a known problem, or is there any solution for this?

Widevine - Google DRM framework

Is there any chance of having widevine pluggin integrated with this rom Neomode?, i'm having problems with cable channel app that appears to be the absence of the widevine pluggin.

apart from that, everything works correctly on my mk 809iii (rk3188t) ap6210.

Perhaps will try another kernel to unblock the 1.4 ghz limit of rk3188t don't know if it's worth.

Is your stick power (AC) plugged into a usb mains power adapter or into a secondary USB on your TV/monitor? It requires a full power supply to perform properly without resetting.

So if you're not using a mains adapter try that, hope this works. W.

Correct the bootlogo

Hello Guys,

Here it is the New Neomode Custom Rom for the MK809III with Android 4.4.2.
Have Tested this Rom and everything Works like it should with MK809III Version 2 & 3.
The Rom comes with a SD Kernel and a DPI Setting of 160 and is Rooted.

To correct the bootlogo simply delete the file Thumbs.db in the directory 00 of the bootanimation.zip of /system/media with root explorer, like fx which is included in the rom.
Or replace the file with this file attached. Remember to change the file permission to 755 as the file that will replace. (I've corrected the post the file permission was wrong)

Working Kernel
Neomode:
SD Included in the rom (limited to 1.4 ghz, SD ok, Wifi ok, Bluetooth not tested)
other ones tested, made wrong low and high speed (1.2 ghz both).
Kitkat overclock kernel for rk3188t thanks to D33:

SD kernel_KK_v4.2.5_TVSTICK_AP6210_SD.img (limited to 1.6 ghz, SD ok, Wifi ok 65mbits -39dBm 5 meters from router, Bluetooth tested Ok, HDMI Dolby 5.1 Ok [I could not run passthrough, it's giving me same result as HDMI 5.1 which is not passthrough, perhaps wrong testing]) Antutu 5.1 score 25544, tested with Parameter 2.

aparently working ok, i've only made a backup, not tested recovery etc..., but system partition mounted properly by twrp.

Reboot by petrus not working properly for me (i've disabled it)
Holoboot & quickboot from google play working properly and giving similar funcionality both.

Tested it on MK809IV

Using MK809IV Stick.
Works good with "Parameter6GB"
also wifi AP6210 works
Bluetooth works.
But to my Question.
It says the stick have 8GB but when look in system settings and calculate Internal Storage + Nand Flash its aproximately 6.5GB why?
Don't mater what image i use only got about 6.5GB.
Hm find it in hidden partitions
Another thing how to enable screen keyboard?
Only speach input and have no mic.

Webcam dark

Hello @ all,
i testet some FW and i like the Neomode FW .

All works for me fine but...

I have two webcams. One MS Lifecam and one Logitech C920.
I`ve i start the Camera app the MS-Cam works very well.
My Logitech Cam have a dark picture.
When i set the light in the camera-app to +3 all is ok. But they don`t save this for all apps.
So i don`t can use skype with the Logitech C920 (better Mic).
Where can i set the Cam lightning hard to +3?

I hope someone knows the answer.

Just download a keybaord there loads in playstore.

I would, but I can't input my wifi password to access the playstore. When I go to enable wifi, I get the google voice.
