I know the solution is in build.prop but can figure out how to solve.
Last night I made a wrong mod and the device didn't boot anymore.
Is there any way to restore build.prop from recovery?

If you have a custom recovery its easy to create an update.zip to replace build.prop with a known working build.prop
The reason I like market helper is that it avoids boot issues due to bad edits. Also even a well constructed spoofed build.prop can lead to issues.900Supersport

Is there any way to restore build.prop from recovery?
-download this file "Talk_9x_build_prop_restore.zip",
-copy "Talk_9x_build_prop_restore.zip" to sdcard(tf-card) ,
-insert sdcard to your tablet,
-reboot to recovery mode,
(power off the U65GT, it vibrates when shut down completes. Press and hold power for about a second then press and hold vol+ until a menu displays
Scroll through the menu options with vol+ and select with vol-)
-select "apply update from external starage",
-select file "Talk_9x_build_prop_restore.zip" and confirm,
-wipe data/factory reset before restart.Attached FilesLast edited by mmrrdd; 27 September 2014, 14:14.

Still issues?
This is a very long thread, and I have attempted to read some of it to decide whether I should load this rom or not.
Am I to understand that this rom is fairly close to stock? If that is so, I have to wonder why are still those having issues wih it by the end of this thread.
Does it have anything to do with MTK setup being resistent to changes, or something akin to that? I guess I was just used to roms for Rockchip working so well for me.
This is new territory for me. I want to make my Talk 9x the best it can be, and at the same time be careful.

You would be better flashing the September ROM. If you follow the instructions and format cache and data you should have no problems.900Supersport

- Chrome works with the modified MALI library
- Partition size changes
Second "app X won't install" - the mysteries of Google Play, why some Apps aren't compatible with some devices...
Third people whose Cube ain't quite up to snuff. There's a lot about display issues and other stuff. Definitely a minority, but it looks like there are some quality issues with some Cubes - particularly the display on 16GB models.
My experience is that I installed the September ROM the first evening I had the CUBE. It worked perfectly and has continued to do so ever since. I started with CWM recovery, but in the last week I have moved on and flashed TWRP. Still working perfectly.
Right now we don't have a re-packaged ROM that can be flashed from recovery, so we are stuck with using the SP Flash Tool. The main problem with this is that it ain't the simplest beast in the universe. You need to follow the instructions for the flash tool very carefully - every step is important and must be followed in sequence. Pay special attention to powering the cube off.
Most problems arise from not being able to install the drivers in Windows. This thread may help if you have that type of problem.
Brian is doing a bang-up job and should be congratulated and thanked by everyone on this forum.

Using the SP flash should not be that big of a deal. I used the flash tools with RileyRoms on my Pipo M8 Pro, and all went well. You are right ...just have to read.
So ...I will make the leap soon. I have loaded Titanium BU ...and one I get a bit families with that to save what I have, I will move forward.
Thanks again!Cube T9; Pipo M8 Pro (on life support); LG gPad
