    Many thanks.

    Why ? What happens ? How ? Who ? .........

Hey Abdul thanks for the work porting TWRP to these devices, i have an mxIII-G (s812/ 2gb ram / emmc running lollipop 102L1) have tried http://www.freak-tab.de/abdul_pt/aml..._N200_emmc.img and it seems to work fine apart from not seeing the external sd card, strange because it booted the recovery from the external sd card, had to copy it to internal to flash recovery to the box, have removed recovery from external sd and booted back into recovery but still no external sd card showing. could only back up boot/recovery/logo/bootloader as was short on space but all seemed to back up ok. recovery log attached.

Did you try with another SDcard ?
                Witch SDcard is it ?

I had experience the some behaviour using a 2 GB card. If i started TWRP with it inserted it wouldn't be recognized, them i swapped it for a 4 GB card and it was detected. If i inserted the 2GB card again it was detected.
Might be related to the card density and the SDcard reader. Try a SDHC card.

Mount point seems to be correct

                          HI Abdul

                          I have a amlogic m8 m9&m8_v0.92

I am wondering which version twrp is it I need for this.i remember when you first offered twrp on here I had downloaded a zip from your thread that seemed to work all the time. I could load it up from a sd in the standard recovery.

Issue am having is when I download any from the op I rename recovery.img like suggested but it doesn't pick it up on the sd card when I reboot with the reset button held. If I get in to the recovery an then select update from ext it still does not show up any help would be great..

thank you for your time and help

                          cheers

On booting to TWRP you might get a screen with stripes, or fill with one colour. Just wait around 3 seconds that TWRP curtain will show.

So I can investigate for myself and compile and test TWRP.
