    Would this work on M8S (S812) device from OTT ?. I started it from SD card and TWRP booted successfully but when I try to backup it shows recovery and boot partitions as 0 bytes and backup fails. If select system only, backup works but I need the whole image

    Total number of partitions to backup : 3
    Total size of data : 565MB

          what's the output of 'cat proc/partitions' ?
          - I guess that those missing partitions won't show up.

          Now the hard part is to find where and if they are listed in some other file. Can you try to find out ? Or post the output of 'ls -l proc'

              Can you cat proc/ntd, please.

              And also the output of the command 'ls -l -R dev/block'

                hello, dear abdul_pt

                please help me: i need to get compatible version of TWRP for my version of M8 Box.

                Model Name: K200 / Firmware: KOT49H.20150409 / PCB: M8 V5_0 20141119

                i tried these versions of TWRP but all of them detect size 0 for partitions: Logo, Recovery, Boot
                bootloader - not detect at all
                System = 989Mb / Data = 811Mb

                TWRP_2.8.6.0_M8N.img
                TWRP_2.8.7.0_M8N.img
                TWRP_2.8.7.0_K200.img
                TWRP_2.8.5.0_M8_Tomato.img

                              For the guys with problems with TWRP not detecting some partitions sizes, please test this image. This the K200 image with some modifications.

                                i tested it.
                                1) on PCB "M8 V5_0 20141119" - now it correctly detected partitions: Logo, Recovery, Boot (size 32MB of each)
                                Cache is 0MB - is it OK or not ?
                                but these partitions not shows at all: bootloader, misc, env, reserved
                                would be nice if it would be all partitions correctly recognized
                                2) on PCB "M9&M8_V0.92 201-03-12" - that modified version TWRP does not boot at all, goes to start Android.
                                would be nice if modified TWRP would be work at all M8 and K200 PCB models.
