Still wifi display has problem and does not work with wasser 2.0.5 and after update.dts and dd passthrough works with mx player and it,s stable.l have R89 Pcb v2.0 and my av reciever is teac ag500.

In this ROM can I instal original Beelink R89 launcher?

NEW - Wasser Firmware V2.0.4 for Beelink R89/Tronsmart R28

no wifi issues with orion meta. Pro uses a different wifi module,I don't know what beelink r98 uses but if it's the same chip as the meta, I can see why it wouldn't work on the pro. Although it might be completely unrelated.

Does it at least scan the network? What happens if you try to turn wifi on through the settings on android? Error message? Crash?

The problem is that i cannot reproduce these issue on my R89 PCB V2.0. All work fine for me!

Did not help with WiFi. Still the same on Tronsmart Orion R28 Pro.

For me the Wifi works fine on earlier version V2.0.4a

sadly i don't have "orion r28 pro" to reproduce this issue. So my question, does orion r28 pro have ap6335 for wifi?
the Beelink R89 which i have has ap6335!

It's expected that wifi won't work for you if your device doesn't have ap6335. I'm just confused that some users said wifi works in my earlier fw version!

which device is it? does your device has ap6330?
It's really strange! the kernel which included in 2.0.5-1.zip is the same which is used in 2.0.4a

i use most for movie like popcorn time. with 2.0.2 the play it was not good , with 2.0.5 is very smooth and like in normal pc , but have little freeze for 1 or 2 sec , or sound go off during play . the mute of the sound is something that happened , but i have a remote and OK.

It is the same as above orion r28 pro. I think R28 Pro version has a different chip ap6210. It is strange because I have one box that is running now on 2.0.4a firmware with wifi on and other one with 2.0.5 and 2.0.5-1 kernel fix and no wifi. In about device in kernel version it is now: 3.10.0 [email protected]#1 Tue Jan27 22:40:09 CET 2015. On 2.0.4a is the same except the date Sun Jan18 12:33:57CET2015

wifi display is another issue. It's already fixed in next coming 2.0.6 release
