With the 111k Rom / Wasser 2.03 is all good.

No Chance. I change the HDMI-Cable for testing, problem the same.

Back to the Orig. 111k, all good, back to wasser 2.0.3 all good.

Updated my Beelink 3288 to Wasser v2.0.4a earlier, installed SPMC 14.1 beta 1. (spmc link)

For me micro-stuttering during mkv video playback was bad enough to be unwatchable, on the face of it things to have gotten tonnes better with this f/w and ver of SPMC, I have spotted one or two stutters (might be my imagination) but tonnes better.

Many thanks Wasser keep up the good work!

please download the latest spmc-armeabi-v7a_14.1.0_beta1.apk and disable RKlibstagefright, enable libstagefright, mediacodec, it should work perfect, without any stutters

Thanks for the tutorial. I am fairly new to Android OS. I will definitely learn from this.

                  Take 1:
                  Steps:
                  1. Install "Tincore QuickFlasher" from Google Play Store.
                  2. Downloaded kernel update ZIP archive.
                  3. Rename downloaded file to something which ends with "_quickflasher.zip" (i.e. kernel_upd_quickflasher.zip).
                  4. Move this file to /sdcard/quickflasher directory.
                  5. Run Tincore QuickFlasher.
                  6. Select Device as "RockChip Universal".
                  7. Select Package with name you chosen is step 2.
                  8. Confirm destruction of your device .

I personaly preffer do do this by hand but this will demand physical keyboard.
                  Take 2:
                  Steps:
                  1. If you don't have terminal application install Terminal Emulator from Google Play Store.
                  2. Download updated kernel and resource ZIP archive.
                  3. Extract kernel.img and resource.img from update-kernel-fix-2.0.4.zip with ES File Explorer Archiver to some known location . i.e /sdcard/Download/kernel_upd/
                  4. Open Terminal Emulator and enter super user permissions: su.
                  5. Change current directory to where you have unpacked kernel.img and resource.img files. If you followed this tutorial it should be:
                  cd /sdcard/Download/kernel_upd
                  6. Write these files to corresponding partition on your intarnal flash memory:
                  dd if=kernel.img of=/dev/block/mtd/by-name/kernel
                  dd if=resource.img of=/dev/block/mtd/by-name/resource

I updated to 2.04a. Tried YouTube and it crashed within a minute of video playback.
I went to Setting --> Apps --> YouTube and "clear data".
So far, I watched YouTube for over 15 minutes and no crashes.

Not sure if it is coincidence or the "clear data" does the trick.
The box did reboot itself after the crashed. Maybe it just need a reboot.

Sry, the Problem is not fix for me in 2.0.4a. No Sound over HDMI

Can this come with the CEC-Support and is the HDMI-CEC-Support in Kernel or in System ?
