I don't see the micro stutter at all on my Plasma TVs. Is it possible that this issue is only related to LCD monitors?

For those of you that are having trouble flashing your R28 I made a video on how to flash the R28 by shorting pins on the PCB https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K9lLJirKEIQ. You can use this method to flash back to the original firmware, Wasser, or Open Hour. Hope it helps.

Kodi (v14 stable release) is much better than SPMC 13,4 or 14Beta2 with my device (R28 v2 + wasser 2.03).
I can't see any stutters with kodi... a lot with SPMC...

I check with many h264, xvid codecs. 1080P/720P files.

On my R28 I generally see the opposite.

Other factors of setup and configuration may of course result in differing experiences.

It can be installed normally. Make sure you get 2.0.3 from the first page. If you want to see how to install it or any other *.img check out the video I posted earlier. That's one of few ways to do it. There are other ways to get your device into flash mode other than the way I showed.

yep, i know... strange behavior... SPMC was my first choise, but not anymore on RK3288 devices (maybe with early beta 3?)
So, people can check last stable Kodi... Both app can be installed

I just tried the rom, and I can confirm that the stock (13 key) remote does NOT work. Only one key works, which is the -volume key (thought it puts the device to sleep).
So had to go back to stock rom for R28.

The only way to get it working with any rom, as per BOB is to, use stock Kernel and Stock resource files.
And untill now I have not been able to extract/find Stock Kernel. Did with extracting boot.ing and all but no luck.

Would really appreciate if anyone here has extracted KERNEL and RESOURSE successfully and would please upload it.
