sammaz That's great to hear! Do you have a link to a thread for RetroArch addon or - even better - to a GitHub? I have noticed that the addon doesn't work with Kodi Jarvis and maybe I'lll be able to recompile it for OE 7.0.
New builds:- 6.0.3.3 with Broadcom WiFi fixes and profiles.xml fir for mike77. You don't need to update from 6.0.3.2 if you don't have any of these.
- 6.90.1 Kodi Jarvis build based OpenELEC development branch with all fixes from 6.0.3.3. In most situations you can upgrade directly from 6.0.x, after first boot wait for all addons to upgrade.

OK, a more extensive check and I don't see any problems. I don't see any improvement in vid quality but that's probably because it's pretty much all done by the amcodac and Kodi has little to do with it.
Quoting K:
"As for the occasional judder, it has nothing to do with Codesnake's code, it's the Amlogic decoder and implementation in Kodi. Actually Codesnake is working on a new decoder for some time and from what he says it will let us get rid of many stuttering issues when it's released."
I take it that once CS has sorted this it will be simple for you to add?
EDIT: I think the color depth (deep color / wide color) is working or been improved. Therefore you get a slightly smoother image and contrast it improved. Might just be my eyes though!

the system configs it save
EDIT: OK. restored backup, asked Kodi to show weather and then rebooted and this time it kept my settings! Will try a few more changes to make sure it's a fix.
EDIT 2: Err, No it's not a fix! Just switched weather display back on and Kodi reverted to defaults on reboot!Last edited by PatrickJB; 13 March 2016, 14:29.

I just tried update from 6.0.3.1 to OpenELEC 6.90.1I get error in check_update: mount_common: Could not mount /flash/SYSTEM *** Starting debugging shell... type exit to quit ### can't access tty: job control turned off. HD18Q update.tar
Update: I typed exit and rebooted. Box is running 6.90.1 so I don't know if that error has any significance or not. My changes are still not being kept, when I reboot they are gone, same as before.

This is where I found the retroarch plugin that works with our sticks :
I think that this addon was pulled out of a lakka C1 build...so probably just need to pull the latest from a working lakka C1 build.
Edit : It looks like they added Dreamcast support with the new reicast core. http://oph.mdrjr.net/meveric/pool/ma...eicast-odroid/ I am going to try to get a dreamcast iso working today.
Edit 2 : Fixing the sound code was actually hw:0,1 rather than hw:0,0 :
set audio_driver = alsa
audio_device = hw:0,1
Edit 3 : Sonic on Genesis at 60fps looks so good!Last edited by sammaz; 13 March 2016, 20:04.

I have updated again to HD18Q 6.90.1 over MXQ 6.90.1 and this time I never got any errors. However, changes are not being saved after shutdown/reboot. Reason I went back to HD18Q build is because I believe it runs better on my box. Almost faultless this apart from the mentioned bug, it could well be skin related yet, I have changed to default skin and rebooted and it has saved that change. but this is the first time this has happened. All other updates have not had that effect.
Many Thanks
