It depends... from trivial if it requires enabling a kernel option to almost impossible if there is no driver available for Linux at all. For wireless adapter you can look it up at wikidevi.com to see if Linux driver is available. When it is, it might be possible to add it to this ROM.

I was able to reproduce your issue and I can confirm that these builds fix it. Sorry for that. I should have checked everything before posting...

Does this apply to the skins problems as well? If so are the downloads per version updated?

Err and yes a bit too much off-topic stuff!

pigbait Thanks for confirming. The fix will be included in next release. I will keep the builds on my server until then.

No, I haven't looked much into skins issue. I mean I looked a bit but not much. Real life is taking too much time. Nonetheless you can use these test builds and maybe...

That's fine, I think the real breakthrough for me will be when CS sorts the amcodac thing out so we get better playback. Hey it's all great at the mo and I would be happy to stick to the current version/s but the only flaw is the occasional judder. Hey there's no rush, and we all appreciate your work.

                  If you encounter
error in check_update: mount_common: Could not mount /flash/System error during update, this is nothing to worry about. It appears because of changed compression method forSystem partition.

I receive these errors on all my units when upgrading from 6.0.3.1 - 6.0.3.3/6.90.1. When it displays this message nothing else happens and if I type exit it reloads and come up with the same error. How can I recover these boxes?

There is an error in 6.0.3.3/6.90.1 builds that prevents then from booting from NAND. To not lose your data, please download NAND installer for 6.0.3.2, unpack it to SD card and edit factory_update_param file. From this file, delete the lines:
                    Code:
                    --wipe_data
                    --wipe_cache
and install using "toothpick" method. That way your data won't be affected. I will post updated builds later today to address this issue. Sorry for that.

                      Hi,
The wifi chipset drivers are Mediatek MT7610U USB 2.0 (ac), they are listed on wikidevi.com but unfortunately I have no understanding of what a couple of the columns represent or their colors

                      Thanks and fingers crossed.

                          No promises.

I uploaded 2 new builds: 6.0.3.4 and 6.90.2. 6.0.3.4 is a bugfix release to allow booting from NAND (@noosk @pigbait). 6.90.2 also contains that fix and all updates from OpenELEC master branch. I wasn't able to reproduce database reset error yet so no fix for that. I'll update you if any progress is made on this.

Hi kszaq. I think you're human after all .

The link to 6.0.3.4 is actually to 6.0.3.2.

Incidentally, the all black MXQ bought for my friend who lives in Sri Lanka is now set up and working very nicely thanks to you and a previous poster who linked to an android firmware that shuts down rather than suspends. My friend will not care if the blue light is on all the time. To the previous poster, I'm sorry but I can't recall who you are but I know you are a regular. Thanks and sorry that I'm too lazy to look you up again.

kszaq. Thanks for the new update. I tested 6.90.2 out for a while and so far it is great apart from not saving my skin changes when I reboot, which to be honest renders the whole Kodi 16 unusable to me as saving changes is vital. I'm sure you will get to the bottom of the issue sooner or later, I know you are very busy. Hopefully Kodi 17 Krypton will not have these issues as skin settings are saved in a completely different way, same as a add on.
