Maybe your right takes around 25 seconds before kodi is available.

kszaq I did several more test and indeed spdif passthrough (DTS & AC3) is ok with 5.95.5 firmware 😎

just leave the unit powered on, it uses minimal power and can do ur kodi addon updates while ur away.

I thought I was also seeing this wifi going out and not connecting, but I found that it was a setting in my router that I had changed...(Turned the 2.4Ghz to "N" only) when I did that I was unable to connect to the wifi...After setting the router back to "B,G,N" on the 2.4Ghz...My mk808b plus connected again !!

Try this setting in your router.

Hi Kszaq, it's been a while since I last wrote something on this forum but have been using your amazing releases ever since.

I have just updated from 5.0.8.20 to 5.95.5-1. I had a custom MX2 remote.conf file working well before I updated, but since the update this hasn't worked. The file is still there - and for good measure I deleted it and reloaded it - but it simply doesn't work. Do I need to put the remote.conf file in another location for Isengard?

I've been running OpenELEC from SD card for over a week from my new OTT MXQ and ever since I installed it I couldn't boot into Android anymore. This was not a big deal because I was still testing and trying everything. However, I wanted to flash OpenELEC to the NAND but I was not able to do so. I figured I would try flashing some Android images but

Whenever I get into recovery I get the error "Can't mount cache". Because of this I can't flash anything, no recovery images or Android / OpenELEC images there is always an error mounting some partition.

I believe these errors occur because my partitions are screwed up, could that in fact be the problem? I can boot into TWRP from SD card and from the terminal I ran the command "df", this is what it shows: Click image for larger version

Also when trying the option "Repair or Change File System" on the cache, data or system partitions they show up as size 0 mb.

In the past I repartitioned an Android phone from recovery using adb, I hope I can do the same with this TV box. Can anyone share their partition table for their OTT MXQ with me please? It would be great if there is a way that the partition table could be dumped and I could simply flash it so I wouldn't have to do it manually.

Despite all this I can still run OpenELEC from SD btw.

                            [EDIT, SOLVED]
Managed to fix it by flashing an image using the USB Burning Tool. For reference, exact steps can be found here:

                                Hello,

i want to use vpn services, but when i go into the openelec addon it isnt available under network. is this a bug from my side, or is this not available in this version of openelec (i am using the unofficial openelec for MXQ v 5.95.1)?
if it isnt available is there another way i can use vpn?
                                thank you for your time
