    My order number is 3323604 and I also received an email like ygoloeht , saying that:

    it will be launched in,please do not worry.Once it's available,we will ship it ASAP.

    I am worrying about Geekbuying deals! Why the items is not out of stock? You say 2-7 days for delivery but the truth is 10 day or more...
    The same problem is for more people and I'm worring about my money.

      Also, after purchasing, GeekBuying has changed the description of the Ainol PC.
      I've ordered the pc described with a z3735d chip and usb 3.0 support, NOT z3735f.
      I do not want the "Ainol Windows Mini PC Intel Z3735F 1.83GHz 2G RAM 32G ROM..."
      I ordered the "http://www.geekbuying.com/item/Ainol-Windows-Mini-PC-Intel-Z3735D-1-83GHz-2G-RAM-32G-ROM-WIFI-7000mAn-Power-Bank-USB-3-0-OTG-Bluetooth---Black-342071.htm". The link no longer shows the original Z3735D I have purchased.
      I do NOT want to wait longer for a different product.
      I have asked in reply email to Debbie for refund.
      I am asking here as well to help insure no further misunderstanding that I request you to refund the money and completely cancel the order.

        On April 23rd I sent a RMA request because the tablet I received was defective. This is a cut and paste.

        "My order number 3300954 arrived with defect in the glass front cover of the Iwork 8 I have attached an image of the defect for you to see. I want to return this item as soon as possible. Send me the RMA.

            PIPO X7 Windows 8.1 Smart Mini PC TV Box the order number is (3320086) i was told that the black one was out of stock and that a silver one would be sent out 13 days have passed since i made the order.
            And my order is still processing and with no reply to my emails i would like to know were my order is.

                  I have orders 3328222 and 3328228 which Tinier emailed me to say that the goods were available and in testing and packing yesterday.

                  Still today the orders have not been processed. What is the correct status on these orders please.

                                Hi GeekBuying Representive,

                                I ordered Umi Zero phone Order Number: #3242060 at 12.30.2014 from your web site.
                                At the beginning, the phone was good if you neglect un-expected reboots.

                                1st Problem: WIFI and BT connection have suddenly stopped. And, i even can NOT TURN ON Wifi & Bluetooth connections.
                                When i check WIFI Mac adress & Bluetooth address from Phone Status, both addresses are seen as "UNAVAILABLE" which probably means there is an WIFI & Bluetooth hardware problem as i guess!

                                2nd Problem: the phone screen sometimes FREEZES and it does NOT react any screen touches & button pushes. The only solution is to switch off it.

                                3rd Problem: the phone can NOT reboot, get stuck showing "Umi Zero" logo. Reboot trials & Power off the phone does not solve the problem.
                                I should go into Recover Mode & should apply "Restore from TWRP Backup" process many times!

                                As you can understand from my problem diagnosis above, this phone is really my headache since i've bought it!

                                What's your solution offer for my painy problem!?
