I have the red light and it works with other ROM's.

What revision board do you have?

I'll have to look for the board revision. I was using MX Player (latest version) with the 1.7.3.2 neon.zip codec file. I didn't get a chance to test the stock player. Wasser Kodi also handled the SPDIF correctly but has the same Kodi issues that the other Kodi versions have.

Ace Player doesn't work - starts well, but it is closed after trying to start any video (local or network).

Unpack firmware and flash single partitions.

Thanks for method, but how to unpack .img rom file? i don't find tool to do that....

See the attached photo. I couldn't tell the revision by looking at the board. I didn't see anything that denoted the version number.

Try adding your SSID manually. My Tronsmart R28 with RC4 didn't show any available wifi networks but I was able to add my SSID manually and it worked just fine.

Things are strange for sure because on my R28 Meta WiFi worked as normal.
