Wasser kernels I work in version 2.0.1, I burned wasser kernels on 2.0.2 for testing and not working. The strange thing is that it does nothing, it turns on the blue light and soon stops.

For now I will stay in the 2.0.1 I try to put the XMBC with passtrougt you uploaded.

Terrific !

Every things works well, even AC3/DTS passthru over s/pdif.

Unfortunatly MX player is quite buggy in passthru mode, you cant change audio channel...
--edit-- Yes you can ! go in MX pref about decode and check the last option about audio H/W selection

hello,

i had to change the kernel back to the above link from wasser - because with the kernel from 2.0.2 i get after few minutes picture pixels and this will not go away anymore - but with the other kernel everything is fine.

i don't know the difference but it can only be the kernel - i don't know why my ut1 has a problem with the latest kernel and what is the difference between them.

so the kernel working on my ut1 is http://d-h.st/uFS from wasser

i tried the xmbclibmedia and copied the file to .xbmc/userdata but still i don't see the hw accl radio button.

i did not get dolby working on my hd tv channels as well (live tv).

Chrome download gets stuck at 31% every time...
IE download gets stuck earlier...
Firefox had a popup saying the site wanted to use more than usual amount of cache to store a file... I chose OK and it downloaded fine.

I Love the 2.0.0 Version! (I only use 720p so I'll update when a major improvement will come)
Works smooth and way stable then 1.2.0 ver. I use XAF build of XBMC and so far- none of the movies i saw got laggy or stuck + the Turn off button was the thing i was waiting for so long and i'm very thankful for it

but i have a strange problem- i bought usb hub and when i plug it and put on it the wireless keyboard & mouse, it won't work. BUT if i connect the keyboard & mouse directly to the box and after a while move it to the hub- it works!
can anyone think of a solution for this?

I still have an old tv in my bedroom that has only a/v output, and this firmware 2.0.2 1080p that only has HDMI output, which firmware do I have to install to recover this option?


And my remote control that came with the cs918 no longer works, what to do?

no. sory.
i can upload stock 720p kaiober kernel for you wich is working nice,
and av out is working to but no usb audio sound.
if you want it, be sure that you changed settings from new menu (settings>hybrid>advanced>change resolution) it will swich to 720p
after that you can flash this kernel http://d-h.st/fIH.

@levy20041, this "stock 720p kaiober kernel" adds the option tv out in the firmware 2.0.2 or it's a different firmware than the 2.0.2? Sorry, but I'm confused.

its kernel. you need finles tools to flash it.
you wil get tv out working but no nfs, no usb sound and performance drop a litle:"

ask maby some one did a backup of your device firmware.
if not you will need to look for stock somewhare.
