You could also see if it's possible to place some form barrier between the devices, such as putting it in a tin foil lines box, which may seem odd but may help to at least demonstrate whether this is a likely issue.
Also look at your electrical outlets and whether you have cables wrapped around each other, coiled in a way that can generate a strong magnetic field.
It may also be worth having the least amount of things plugged in to see if there is still an issue and then plug the rest in one by one to see if any one starts the effect again.
Never plug in or remove and HDMI cable into/from a device that is powered on.
HDMI may well be hot plug-able, there can be circumstances where incorrect pin alignments, can result in some damage to equipment.
The buzzing may be due to ground loop but it seems that this can get quite complicated.
