    Thanks mate.

    Success mate, thanks again.
Using USB Burning Tool 2.0.9 with both erase flash and erase bootloader ticked.
Connected to laptop by inserting pin into hole on base of box and connecting male/male usb cable.
Switched on mains power to box.
Press start and flashed in around 3 minutes

Just waiting for your latest release now tillaz87

To fill perfectly my tv screen I've to reduce screen size to 92%, is it normal that each time i reboot the box I've to repeat the procedure because setting is not stored?

does your TV have a 'fit to screen' option? i have not came across this problem myself

Yeah, my LG has the same issue. I just set it to 92% and never have to mess with it again unless I do a factory reset.

Same with my old Panasonic. However I need to set it to 91%.

Can you change aspect ratio on your tv? It should be 16.9

My old lg from 2009 has a fit to screen option but dont think its actually called that on LG i will have a look.

if my samsung has it turned off its the same most tv do have this option though its just named differant

will have a look see if i can find out

Here for LG i think its "just scan" option you need
                link

Here for panasonic looks like its the "just" option on them
                link

Just try all the options till it fits screen

It is in 16:9 it's just in overscanned. Unfortunatelly there is no such function as "just". NB. the TV is 10 years old. It only needs to be set once to 91% then it stays there, so it really doesn't matter.

Update might be a couple of days now as there are other things I want to look at and am away to watch the football soon.
