[ROM] Android TV (7.1.2) Beelink GT1 (Multi 6255 & 9377 Standard+Ultimate)

I can't thank you enough for all your support hard work and commitment to support the vaious android box.

I have flashed a number of your rom for GT1 beelink hardware. First of all when following instructions as directed, everything works as expected.
I am not a fan of the TVbox version patch you modified, the interface is pretty but don't care for the playstore and having to backload applications like esfilexporer to install stuff that are not on playstore.

like many other I run into the DRM issue. I am using ATT U-verse.apk to stream live tv but unfortunately it does not stream due to DRM ( works fine on unroot device I own Samsung s5, note4,6..)
I am planning on testing the mod you link a few page back that uses universal safetynet to see if it works.
Any other thoughs and idea ? to make the GT1 look legit unroot without the need to have special Netflix, directtv... app ?

I guess what make these box so different from a Samsung tablet where the ATT uverse app work flawlessly?? I and others just want to get there

For me I prefer android TV on these boxes as all the apps on that market work with remote or gamepad. But guess that's the good thing about android, each to their own.

For TV/Movies i now just use terrarium TV since its got everything and free.. I used to use Netflix and prime util i sold my shield TV and got a box that gets crippled with DRM

Just doing a factory reset will totally remove the root in this as its systemless, but to be honest it should be undetectable anyway

no it needs widevine L1 DRM which this box does not have.

So if we flash the M8S PRO L rom on GT1 beelink device it should work ? will netflix and att-uverse work. ot do we hneed to buy an entire new box ?

by theway terraiumtv does not have live tv, so not really a substiture for ATT- uverse.apk which is why i want it to work on the beelink gt1

I wanted to test several launchers. After I deleted them all to leave the original one and now at each startup of the Android box asks me if I want to put it by default .. I choose Always but it does not avoid the same message at the next boot, how correct? Thank you

as far as i know it does run android TV with latest update, I was looking at the firmware. even picked one up myself

Unfortunately not as the widevine L1 keys are factory flashed and not part of the OEM firmware. flashing full images for other boxes might not end well ether.
ATT- uverse.apk might work if you spoof the build.prop to be a Samsung, but really need a logcat to know why its not working.
