Did you have time to look at the MK902? I have used CR11S-CS968 ROM successfully, so maybe CWM recovery for it may work.

I am downloading the stock mk902 rom, tomorrow morning I expect to upload the recovery.

It works great!! The only problem I had was making a backup to the external_sd, but internal worked fine and I had plenty of room.

Same thing here. I tried the generic for my mk802IV AP6210, flashed boots ok, but can't do backup. I appreciate if you can do something for this device (if it's possible of course). I can provide logs and can test. Thank you.

what filesystem has your external_sd? be sure that you use a fat32 formated external sdcard. Please not use ntfs or ext4, because it can work in some devices but will fail in other , and remember I have only some devices, anyone can buy all devices

hola Leolas, el Q7 lo flasee con RKDevelopTool_v1.37, y no funciono el tv arranca bien pero al ir a reiniciar con recovery no arranca en recovery, lo intente tambien metiendo en la rom original con imgRePackerRK_102, desempaquetando borrando el original , poniendo el tuyo y empaquetando de nuevo tampoco funciono, que estoy haciendo mal??
pdt, Q7-cwm-recovery.img lo renombro antes de hacer nada a recovery.img, tal como aparece en mi rom original.

El cwm recovery tiene q instalarse posterior a la rom, es decir, rom instalada, después de q ha arrancado por primera vez tu rom, entoces instalas el recovery usando cualquiera de los métodos en el primer post.

The cwm recovery must be installed after the Rom is installed, after your Rom boots at least 1 time, then you can install cwm using any way described in first post.

asi lo hice la primera vez con la rom original instalada , despues solo flasee el recovery y no cambio nada aparecia el mismo de la rom original aunque
RKDevelopTool_v1.37 me diga que todo ok, despues como esto no funciono probe con su
cd /sdcard/Download unzip term-install.zip unzip theNameOfYourSpecificCwmRecovery.img.zipmv theNameOfYourSpecificCwmRecovery.img cwm-recovery.img sh cwm.sh
esto tampoco funciono, da error en el comando mv recovery.img cwm-recovery.img

intente cambiarle el nombre a update.img y con el recovery antiguo actualizar y tampoco fianalmente probe descompilar y compilar tampoco funciono.

alguna idea????

Abot the mk908 for finless 1.7a, it has a problem, his stock recovery have not a kernel inside, so I need to know what is exactly your mk908 model to make a cwm for it

Hi, I tried this with my cs068/ap6210 chip set, everything is working except for restore, I can backup etc..but when tried to restore, it just give me a droid and full status bar and nothing moving. Thanks.

I had the same thing, but I just waited it out, it took a long time, nothing moving or indicating it was working, then "restore finished successfully" and everything worked.
