I tried 3 different versions of netflix app. One version from xda with HD and UHD promised for poco phone, give 480p max (SD)
Second version from playstore. official app. gives 480p (SD)
The version linked in our thread, seems modded it gives qHD

Personally I don't care since I dont pay netflix.

Have you or anyone else here used game controllers? Which ones work? I used droidmote client and server with moderate success. It did work with gta 3 but accelerometer was causing issues. I will switch accelrometer off today and check.

For better wifi, just put the box upside down.

I gave that tv box yesterday to my brother and by accident he plugged a 12v power adapter!
Can someone please help me to identify this chip of the pcb !
Mine it has no letters (i don't know if someone else's have !)
I can't find/identify it with no way!
Maybe it has and other components faulty but this is definitely have burned!

Should not happen...my girlfriend connected 12v Plus plug to 5v tv box twice boxes still working.....

Unfortunately all tv boxes have not the same circuits!
Here . seems that it has passed the small fuses and burn this power regulator chip (and who knows what else) but unfortunately there's nothing on it and so i can not identify it!

A friend of mine put 12v power to part of car engine. It damaged an elco on engine control module. He just soldered out the burned one and soldered in new one. Now engine starts again :-)

I've had my H96 max x2 for 3 weeks now.....it's been the worst box I have ever owned. It is slow and sluggish. It can't play Real Racing 3....the picture stutters and sits there. Seems like there is something wrong with the box as I have installed the latest firmware update. I've tried other firmware HK1 PRO as an example. The firmware works perfect on the box but again slow and sluggish.
I don't know what's wrong with this thing. I've even tried custom firmware but nothing works......Any insight would be appreciated. By the way it plays video and streams perfectly. HELP

To be honest , i haven't unsolder it!
I think letters are mostly on the top!
But i'm waiting this month or the other a friend of mine from a far away city who has an h96 pro+ with broken eMMC which is shown to have the same chip!
If it is the same and works, then i'll see if there is and any other burned part !

My friend was not familiar with these kind of ... stuff!
So , while was playing something the tv box suddenly started repeatedly to rebooting ... and he pissed with that situation and throw it from 2 floors , down!!!
Now it's not flashing (stops at 7%) with the stock firmware!
But... lucky me !
It seems that it's the same chip!
So, i'm waiting for it!

Oh ok, seems Like Defective hardware? Why not claim at Chinese seller?
