NEOMODE CUSTOM ROM MK809III AP6210 Version 1.9a *UPDATE*

I think I found all instructions I need, thanks to styl3r.
But before flashing, I'd like to know from you if I need to backup my stock rom and kernel first, just in case something would go wrong.
And if so, how doing this safe backup?

You can backup your apps if you like if you got a lot but backing up the rom really doesn't matter since you can so easily re-download it.

Its quite hard to break these devices so no major worries.

Yes it woks super perfect but unfortunately I have been forced to try another ROM,I have great problems connecting BT to my Pioneer unit, I know my use is not what stick are meant for, but this combination are great. Will try again when NEOMODE 1,9 for MK802IV are released

Bye the way newer got hybrid ROM 1,7 to work, install perfect, but again trouble with the BT part (driver or something in ROM prevent BT to work with touch screen) I have tried 3 or 4 other ROM, they all BT connect perfectly with Pioneer unit, but unfortunately for me!! NEOMODE is fare the best ROM of them all.

Unfortunately it seems my device (as others from some resellers) has a "fake" hole; probably it is shifted a little bit and when I push a paper clip I only touch some metal inside.

ok fair enough but they come apart very easy just start at the end with the usb use your finger nail or knife blade. once open hold reset button in and connect to your pc with you micro usb lead to the side micro usb not the end one and follow the rest i told you

I flashed the last stock firmware with the restore function (rkbatchtool)and then flashed neomode rom with the included rkandroidtool loader.

The roms are basically the same i used the default one and the others have certain degrees of over clocking.

I did find though that you have to restore that stock firmware before flashing neomodes custom rom or video playback and other stuff behaves nuts..the rkandroidtool just doesn't always seem to clean house even when you erase idb first.

Its been insanely stable and i could probably leave it running all week without issue.

So, i flashed my device and i found thre problems for me.
1st) with kernel2 gigantic fonts and icons screen,everything (for my eyes)
2nd problem with torrentstream controller, acestream closes after it opens.
3rd) spmc works flawlessly but streaming an 720p movie from icefilms an trying to forward spmc closes to desktop.
i didn't had these problems with previous versions 1.7 or 1.8.
rather than these, works very fast but it lacks of oced cpu and/or gpu kernels.
anyone else with these problems on mk802 iv?

I'm waiting for a new dedicated build for the MK802iv. No sense in mussing about when the good stuff is coming soon.

I don't think NFS functionality has been added. The ROM is now capable of NTFS file system management on USB devices.

I had finally flashed my mk809III with your custom rom (1.9 a), but on my screen tv, i have only logo (4 colors)

can you help me please ?
