Yes, I tried to flash whole your ROM from this link above.
Your ROM with your kernel(1.6/600/ddr800) are supported by my board(with 3188T) revision but without WiFi of course(you have compiled it for 8723). I have 8188 wifi based model w/o BT. LAN works.
When I change kernel to d33's V4.0 (TVBOX RTL8188 VMAC), I have wifi, but doesn't have LAN.
When I use this d33's V4.0 kernel with another ROM (was mentioned in my previous post), I have both LAN and wifi working, but screen scaling bug unfortunately.
Here is my DMESG for your ROM with your kernel

Dear wasser,
I have just tried this new kernel.
It is booting but not from the first attempt(second or third).
Both wifi and lan are working great
Blue/red Led works.
Sleep/wakeup works.
HDMI sound works.
SPDIF Passthrough DD5.1 and DTS5.1 works.
I'll test it a little bit deeper and inform you tomorrow.

Hi wasser,
In addition to results of my test were taken before...
Kernel 220414 is stable, any reboot or freeze was noticed.
I tested it yesterday all the day long, I would say it is GREAT.
AnTuTu 4.0.4 - 19162 GPU(2D+3D)=4115
NenaMark2 v2.4 about 56.
Movies play well anough, but I noticed some tiny stuttering while playing big size remuxes with high bitrate dts sound. It would be better if kernel was a little more faster(I think 1608/800/800 or 1704/800/800).
C170 webcam works too.

Some unimportant drawbacks..
-Probably it's feature of my particular PCB, but box won't boot once from the first time.
-Buttons on stock remote are mixed up.
-I dont know whether it's rooting issue or Es Explorer 3.1.1 one, but I couldn't make any changes in system files(edit, changing properties, etc.). Had to root it again over existing, instaled Root Explorer, removed ES Explorer 3.1.1 and instaled newer 3.1.2. (Problem is solved)
I'll report when I find something significant.

Which rom as a base 0.95 0.95 minix x7 or 0.95 T-R42?
What method are uploading, combine the kernel with the Rom or upload the rom first and then update the kernel?

Recently I have luck running my first reset, then something like update, reset, and now will not start.

Sorry friend, but I haven't understood you question about "old".
I have device which is specified in second line of my signature below and it isn't "old" revision.
I use 0.95 T-R42 as a base.
At first step I flashed whole image http://www.freak-tab.de/wasser/wasse...2-new-0.95.zip by using RKBatchTool and then I flashed kernel only from this link http://www.freak-tab.de/wasser/kerne...kat-220414.img with ROM_Flash_Tool_21.

If you had read "red color" part of my signature concerning this my property, you would have understood that I killed it with connecting 12V power supply. I have it but it is broken

Why do you use '0.95 T-R42' instead of '0.92 K-R42'?
And maybe some words about, why you use KK instead of JB? Maybe because of T unlock kernels?
