I have a question for cs968 ap6210 owner.
Does any ROM/kernel accept of stock ROM based boot complete.
If yes, please post the constellation.
I'm still not convinced, that the secret is complete in the kernel adjustments.

I have managed to boot KitKat on CS968 with a kernel from minix x7 and one from UT1, but cpu is 1.4ghz and i have no wifi!

Nope.
lower binned units were given the T designation and were etched as such to avoid confusion. Rockchip clearly did not commit fraud. Some consumer device manufacturers and resellers are committing fraud, however. It is especially devious were the device manufacturer or reseller sold devices based on the T variant at the same retail price as units based on the standard RK3188, even though Rockchip sold them the T for less.

Until rockchip releases the actual specification they are in the dark shadow as well, I think that suppliers manufactures where told same chipset just with tablet instructions in code. But until its released and pretty sure it will never be, no one knows who is involved and or what manufactures where told.

I asked similar question before.
Could you compile a kernel with only slightly clock increasement for the RAM and GPU. Let the cpu clock on 1.4GHz.
When this kernel will boot complete the cs968, we will have some proof that every T model could run with your T-model kitkat sources, even the weakest t-cpu.

The kernel below is a test for another person but should do for you too. After you post the standard DMESG try this and post DMESG from this too.

I can see it has been built with "T" frequencies:

• ddrfreq: normal 456MHz video 0MHz dualview 0MHz idle 0MHz suspend 0MHz reboot 222MHz
• mali freq table :Mali: 128,Mali: 179,Mali: 223,Mali: 297,Mali: 297,Mali: 446,Mali:

So 1.4/446/460 same as the limits in the leaked KK beta sources.

Any future people that test all I think we need to know is the fastest stable kernel and the leakage level from DMESG

valzja: 1.6 GHz with leakage level 6000
mikele: 1.6 GHz with leakage level 4000

Or you mean something else with the two display controller. The cs968 has a hdmi and AV out.

Yes, I checked it again today. finless kitkat beta does loop with or without your kernels for kitkat.
Maybe I need another kitkat rom.
I will check the minix x7 kitkat now again.

For clarity.

1. You can boot your CS968 into Kitkat with custom kernels from Wasser or stock kernels from Minix?
2. You can/can't boot your CS968 into KitKat using my kernels?

Can boot KK using kernel-ut1.img from wasser KK rom, and using 2-3 custom minix x7 roms!
Cannot boot KK with ANY other kernel!

P.S: Your last 6210 no override kernel, gives me distortion on boot animation and then reboor. NO BOOT again :-(

So it seems the best route for CS968 support is to approach Wasser. He is aware of the override methods.
