In the link below is the edited boot.img pack it contains all boot.img options available in Finless 1.9.

Hello everybody!
I will install this rom tomorrow, I have spent all the afternoon trying to make SKYONLINE APP work but on QS 3.1 I have not been able to hide root. With Finless 1.9 I believe unroot will work (Gufone unroot from Minix forum), and as Finless spoofs a Samsung Nexus 10, maybe I will succeed in viewing my subscription serials. No other news from our Italian friends? Somebody has done it yet? I am talking I repeat of a new Sky App: SKYONLINE.

OK I uploaded this ZIP to the FT server and updated my first post of this thread to explain and add the download link for the fixed boot.imgs.

random pop up menus in xbmc since upgrading

Hello and thanks once again for your work Bob,

I do have a problem though, since upgrading from 1.8 to 1.9, both my xbmc builds , ouya and beyond are playing up,

i have upgraded the ants boot and also your upgrades that come with the rom,

i use a ut1, with the marvin 1080p kernel for the ut1, do you think i am getting a conflict with the rom and the kernel?

sorry if its a dumb question but would appreciate some advice.

sorry to be specific, I'm getting pop up windows when playing movies, like the links window,

i don't know if its internet related of software but 1.8 wash not a problem,

i have downloaded the rom and install it now. If all fine i want to change the links on my blog ( http://www.minix7.wordpress.com ) from the 1.8 to 1.9 post and DL-Links.

Hi folks.
I changed the TCP buffer size in the init.rc back to default but did not recognize any differences: it's always around 6MB/s (copy video file from my NAS, where desktops get 40MB/s on Gigabit).

Then I was looking into $ cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_rmem and got values, that are not in the init.rc at all.

6144 87380 524288



Are there further differences than these in the init.rc?

The pop up is the window prior movie, that shows the links list ,

disabling notifications doesn't help, i do use no frills cpu with my kernel , the only kernel that seems to be stable with the ut1,
its----- kernel_marvin_ut1_1080p_cpu1800_ddr72_gpu600o_vsfr am.img

along with no frills cpu set at
1800 max
1000 min
interactive
noop
do you think I'm pushing it to hard?,

Im now testing without no frills cpu,

p.s this combination worked with 1.8

Finless 1.9

Been running this a few days now and after few efforts loading on my laptop I finally made it which for me and my ability was a triumph. Finless its quality work its brilliant made an old man happy lol, pay a small amount for express vpn for English Channels but well worth it. One of the reasons I chose to get a Minix was because the English Premier league is shown on an android app or online here in New Zealand, the app on the play store was not compatible with the Minix and I saw this was spoofed as a Samsung, still didn't work emailed the software company coliseum who sent me two apk, one worked loaded and played but after 10 seconds the quality goes from the picture, is this due ti being on Wifi or is it to to with Kernels (excuse the Ignorance) if any one has any advice I am eager to learn, films etc stream great over the unit, through xbmc etc with no problems, cheers Phil
