Just go one of these boxes running the latest stock firmware, has anyone had issues with the remote? it works but you have to be really specific where you point it ie it has to be pretty much directly at the box from in front of it dead centre, any slight angle and you get no response?

Lollipop at this point is a bug ridden mess. Even on the latest 5.0.2 build, my nexus 7 constantly gets unresponsive, apps randomly crash for no apparent reason etc.

There's a serious memory leak problem that needs to be fixed and Google has acknowledged that. Maybe in the upcoming 5.1 update.

That said, it's great to hear that our box is getting updated to lollipop. But I'd rather use KitKat until all lollipop's issues are taken care of.

A better guess would be trying to replace the Batteries.
My guess is that they're probably to weak to drive it, that indirectly.
But, at the end of the Day its an IR Device, so you can't expect it to work like a Radio (Bluetooth) Remote.

XBMC Crashed or SPMC?

I'm using stock 112k4 on my MBOX S82B Amlogic S802B QuadCore Cortex-A9 Android 4.4 TV Box (the black round one) and the XBMC on this image just keeps crashing screen goes purple and an area of XBMC fills screen. Is it something im doing or not a the case may be!

Its no big deal as im using another 4K XBMC but would like to get on 13.4 instead of13.2.

Rotation dont work.Some apps need this and Rotation apps from playstore dont work too.This firmware is laggy and i think this firmware have a HW acceleration problem.Some stream is teribble and you can watch it with dualcore 1gb ram better than this box......why ?

Rotation doesn't work on purpose its a tv box and not many people grab there tv and turn it sidewise.

If you want answers you needs to explain otherwise your just complaining and no one can help.

And veetle streams are teribble.With my dualcore stick with one gb ram work this veetle app perfekt. With finless 2.1 works better .In addition should it a tablet not a smart tv.I use this box not only for xbmc.2Gb ram quadcore box with 2ghz so performance problem is not normal.Why works minix boxes better than this boxes.?

Minix uses other software.I tested the new 8-h-plus my brother bought last week. My conclusion is it has more stable software runs smoother and doesnt have all the problems i have with my tronsmart s89-h till now . bad wifi (use ethernet now and even that is not 100%)sometimes i get no black screens on a whole evening watching sometimes every half an hr. I also tested the minix with xbmc took genesis and played on both my tronsmart and the minix the same file that i knew that gave problems the night before. The minix playd it without any problems the tronmart stutter (was a sd series) both were first wireless than on the same ethernet cable. the specs for the tronsmart and the minix doesnt diffrence much .only the tronsmart has the s802 the minix the s812 (100mb-1000 mb ethernet and n for tronsm ac for the minix ) router is a netgear x7500 ac .My conclusion of an evening compairing is that a lot is rom related minix hs more expencive but on the other hand it has much better rom .esp when you see that the minix 8-h plus is only on the market for a few weeks.

I know what my next box will be 4 sure .only i wait few months the mini x had only a hdmi 1.4 .iam not sure how the rom from a ugoos is i dont wanna buy another box that has great specs but a rom with only problems

Your Xfinity App is likely missing some DRM Spec., or other needed to get it to run.
The same problem more or less exists with other Apps such as Play Movies, or why Netflix in HD will not work.
I wouldn't hold my breath for a fix.
