It's not possible to run Spotify for me. It just instantly crashes and opens the crash dialog and offers me to file/send a report.
I installed and reinstalled it a few times with no success. Also cleared data cach.

              Update

              User experiance,

After using the brouwers .....you tube...playing angry birds and playing vidio,I came from 97% till10 %using time 6 hours and 20 minits.

Some would say bad some its ok.

It depends strongly about screen setting mine was set at 50%

Is it bad or not is user depended.

For me its ok one can charge between sessions I never will use a tablet for 6 hours .

              Cheers to you all

It's definitely good for a powerful tablet as P1 is supposed to be!
With next firmware releases could only improve.
Cortex A17 is a very big step forward wrt A9 technology and RK3188 old chip.

For comparison Cube talk 9x can do a little bit more than 9 hours, but the cube has less horsepower.

The following consumed my battery this night:
                  - Android system 51%
                  - Mobile standby 29%
                  - Wi-Fi 10%
                  - Tablet Idle 10%
                  - Bubbles 2% (It's the live background that I use.)
                  - Android OS

I only have the Wi-Fi version of Pipo P1, so why is Mobile Standby, draining my battery?

                    I noticed that too,

I went to settings and disabled someting now the battery bar for mobile is red.

Sorry I can not check now what I did as Iám at work

One more thing your tablet is sending messages to PIPO you have to disable that too.
                    cheers

                      As usual for Pipo guys:
this means that the 3G version will still have deep sleep NOT working.
I don't understand why PIPO insists in such a bad direction!
Leave Pipo tablet (3G models) in standby is not good at all, it is better to swtich it completely off. In this particular case should be not a problem because of the very fast power on.

Could you verify, after installing some apps, if the boot time has increased or not? Without installed apps should be 19sec.

I have only installed about 25 apps, so far. Still boots very quick in just 19 sec. Reboots in about 23 sec.

But I have the Wi-Fi model, and I don't understand why mobile standby affects battery usage.
There are mobile network settings on this model too and it's possible to enable them, which I think is strange on a tablet with only Wi-Fi. It would be better to not show them ....or show them but as disabled, this is not a 3G model.
Why is mobile standby draining battery on my Wi-Fi model? Maybe mobile standby is something else ...and not mobile network standby.
I have installed apps like Skype, Viber, Hangouts and Viber. Could they affect mobile standby usage?

the rom is the same as 3G model. So you can find the same processes draining battery!
This is common with all pipo tablets.
I struggled a lot with Pipo customer case without succes for these kind of problem, this is one of the reasons I decided to switch to another brand!

Just disable it and do not think about it further,as I did.

All brands have there specific isues even de €500.00 and up tablets do.

I have disabled mobile network, every option in mobile network settings is off. Actually, I never touch it... it has always been disabled on my Pipo P1, but still mobile standby affects battery. Mobile standby is probably valid for some other processes and must be active even when all mobile nertwork settings are off. I think it must be so, since it seem to be a common issue on many Android devices.
Oki, I will try to not think about it further.
