Again you are comparing two different tablets.
The pipo p1 is not an exact duplicate of the pipo m6 pro maybe the outside does but internal its different.

If one or other tablet is better to look at outside is only possible to compare if you have both tablets ......go outside and test it.

Now you compare the older pipo m6 pro with the cube and compare it with the pipo p1 and are telling us the pipo p1 is not as good outside, but this was your intention from the beginning in my opinion.

Again you take apples and pears and this is not the right way to investigate the differance between two tablets.

So sorry I do not take this seriously anymore.

    Androider,
I think you did not read well, I simply make a comparison of external ONLY of p1 (that externally is exactly as m6pro as riley say too!!!!) with cube! And from this point of view I simply wrote that it's a pity thet pipo did not integrate the fast rk3288 with an IGZO display.
About performance and other aspects I did not write anything!

I understood that comparisons are not welcome here, so I will not do any more comparison here in this thread.

I'm not sure I understand "deep test". Explain what you want me to do.

I think that your p1 boot time is faster than what you think!
Online I've seen a boot time of the p1 in about 19sec. Lightning fast!

Yes, seriously I think it would be good to avoid any delay in the excellent boot time.

don't worry, boot animation delay is REALLY negligible

The way that really works is that the boot animation only plays while the tablet is going through the boot process. As soon as the system is done loading, the boot animation stops. There's no way that the boot animation prolongs the boot time.

My comment was based on the fact that my boot animation will not show as long as with the RK3188's.

How can I find a Android video player that supports e.g. the video: Elecard_4K_video.h265?

I tested the following with MX Player:

                        Video 1:
"The first 4K experience with BlackMagic Production Camera 4k"
                        It downloads the file: Elecard_4K_video.h265
It doesn't seem to be possible for me to stream it directly from the site into the player.
The downloaded video lags a lot but the picture is very clear.

                        Video 2:
"Elecard 4K video about Tomsk, part 1"
File is initially downloaded as 140512_hm130_4s_sao_dbf.txt.
I have to remove the 'txt': 140512_hm130_4s_sao_dbf
Else, it is not recognized as a video.
It's also possible to stream it directly into the player or download the file and open it.
For me it just opens without showing any picture. It runs but just shows a green area, no picture.

                        Video 3:
                        "Big Buck Bunny" 1080p
The file is downloaded as bbb_1080p_c.txt and I rename it to bbb_1080p_c.
It's possible to stream it and it runs very nice, no lags and picture is very clear.
The downloaded file also runs ok, but I can see tiny lags which can be a bit enjoying in a action video. It was first difficult for me to see these lags but it was confirmed by my friends son (7 year old), and he has good eyes. These lags was both in stock video 4k player and MX Player but NOT when streaming from the site in MX Player.
So, it ended up in that we watched the complete video (9 min) by streaming in MX Player. For me it doesn't make sense that the video runs better when streamed from the site compared to when downloaded to the tablet. It would be good if someone else could test this video too.

It's really complex to understand all combination of different video compression formats, video settings in tablet, video settings in player, please let me know if I misunderstand how this works and how to perform a proper test. Let me know if you want any specific test to be run.

                            thank you

in my opinion the most important test is 1080p big buck bunny h265 because it is too early to adopt 4k videos ( players app may not be properly ready), furthermore tha tablet does not have hdmi 2.0 and the screen is not 4k.

which is cpu load while playing big buck bunny ( fist downolad it , don't stream it)?

you can also try these videos http://xhevc.com/en/hevc/encoder/videoShow.jsp

                            thank you very much

Yes, but stock 4k video app could not play the above Video 1. At least it doesn't work for me: Elecard_4K_video.h265
It plays in MX Player but it lags for me.

Tested like this by using CPU stats app.
                                1. Enable multi window and start video "Big Buck Bunny 1080p".

                                2. Start CPU stats and arrange windows, so that both video and CPU app are shown.

                                3. Video runs and CPUs shows about 13 to 20% load.

                                4. Switch tablet from landscape to portrait and back again. This increase CPUs to about 31 to 38%.

                                5. Pause the video and CPUs goes down to 1 to 5%.

I guess there are more powerful CPU apps that could log statistics and show more measurements. I just added the first one that I found.

Edit: In this test I used the stock video app. I did not use MX Player and I don't know if they could give different results.

                                6. Disable multi window and run the video in full screen and CPUs load is about 30 to 40%.

Note! The stock 4k video app is really nice. I can resize the complete video window with two fingers and then move it around. This functionality is new to me:
