On my Mx2 I get a best wifi signal strength of 75 and on the M8 I got 100. So I'm curious why my M8 buffers so much and my Mx2 doesn't buffer at all.
I use a Motorola SB6141 Modem and Apple AirPort Extreme router and have no buffering at all with wifi on any of my 3 boxes upstairs or downstairs with the Mx2.

I guess I should've did more comparison before I posted my other posts :-)
So far it's good on my M8, I can't use the school function on my mouse but I have a keyboard/mouse hooked up too so it's all good so far

It seems that all other builds of OpenELEC for S802/S805-based boxes I have seen on the Internet are based on my original work for Amlogic G18 (MX2). And I wonder why these guys use my work, release their own builds, but NO ONE haven't contributed even a SINGLE commit to the original GitHub repository. Moreover some of them don't even bother to release their own modified source code. Doesn't that look a little unfair? How do you think?

Great work on this rom, I've installed on my TRMk1 (S802) and it's running beautifully. Unfortunately it doesn't recognise the Wi-Fi module or the standard IR remote but wow it's fast. Just been testing out some streaming via ethernet and 4 episodes in not a sign of any buffering when streaming 720p files
