    i don't think ban is the solution, yet , geek_rep from here is only an employee and some how tried to help, probably things are worst at the management. they should reconsider manny things and work at mentality.

      A Ban at this time of the year is a massive blow. So lets see what they choose to do with JD and Neo.

      Many devices now mk902ii/Shield/Mk68 /Ugoos/neox5/minix5 (yes they still work lol) mk80 no it doesnt work lol.

        A Ban is a Solution sometimes.
        It is for 1 Week so they have to see what they can Improve.
        We have told them more than one Time they need to Improve there Support here and not always wait.

          People can just read this, it is about high shipping/admin costs, since GB also use this shipping company people should just do some research and be careful when using this shipping method.
          Always better to use EMS, DHL or airmail as they have customer care and can sort out a problem if there is one.

          (If GB decides to drop this shipping method it will result in a lot less unhappy customers in the future and will be for their own benefit or maybe just put a message on your site to warn customers that in certain countries they can expect high costs with this shipping, will also help.)

            It is just very easy.
            Geekbuying can improve their support here on Freaktab and come up with a plan how to do it or not.

            If not, I don't see the use for the FreakTab Members, because they get not much more help than on the regular service channels.
            We don't like to have here an extra conflict area for Geekbuying.

            Our motto is here: fun, friendship and mutual respect.
            Geekbuying has to comply our way or to move on.

                    Please explain how you will fix this as I will lodge a claim with Paypal to refund my money and you can arrange with your courier to return your goods.

                    Please tell your support to read complaints and stop sending generic messages that dont answer problem. I am willing to pay my duty and some of admin fee but no Fine created by your error.

                    If you refuse to sign the package or clear the custom just because of the tax affairs, your package might be destroyed by the custom officers or forced to send back under the huge returning shipping fee and tax, in this case, customers are responsible for paying all these bills.

                      The key issue here though is that according to the courier, you specified the incorrect value of the item that was sent and this was the cause of the fine because in most countries, as far as customs and local laws are concerned, the responsibility for import of goods lies with the buyer.

                      So in order to establish who may be responsible for the heavy fine, Damac10 firstly needs to find out what the value was specified on the invoice and compare this to the amount of $125 that was paid.

                      I'm sure that in many countries, customs can be contacted directly as most also have a procedure in place for appealing against such fees and fines.

                      Without this information, any claims against Geekbuying at this point are speculatory.

                      However, your own records should show the amount declared on the invoice, so if you can produce a copy of it for Damac10 to inspect, then this may go a long way towards resolving the issue, which may be an appeal to their local customs.

                          in paypal help i see this:
                          If the case is for an item that is not as described you should have partial refund button but if it is for an item not received you will not have the option to issue a partial refund as part of the claim.

                          If the buyer is willing to accept a partial refund you can issue this through the transaction.

                          Here’s how:

                          Go to PayPal and log in to your account.
                          Click ‘History’ near the top of the page.
                          Click ‘Details’ next to the payment you want to refund.
                          Click ‘Issue a refund.’
                          For ‘Refund amount,’ enter the amount to you want to refund, then click ‘Continue.’
                          Review the information, then click ‘Issue Refund.’

                          Your buyer will then be asked to accept the refund. If they do accept this the claim will close.

                            For people know : IMPORTANT : I trusted geekbuying and closed the dispute on paypal FIRST. That alowed them to refund.
                            I know that was a crazy thing and let me without cover but i trusted their service manager, ( thank's to her, on this way ), and finaly sorted out.
                            This is an improvement of their service.
                            I also tell geekbuying on this way, if you find something about my parcell who involve my customs office, or who get lost or stole my parcell, please let me know. Thank you.

                              Yes,We have been tracking this package. But China post office handle with the case like this is slowly.So we have to wait more time.

                                With tax it dont worth, i will also pay customs and VAT 24% and it will be expensive, maybe is worth if i buy from an EU warehose but they are so empty ...
                                Anyway with this sorted out i will always buy from geekbuying
