Maybe it could be done but this application is made only for Samsung devices, i will take a look on it, but i cant warranty anyting.

I cannot say to much here but it is well known the TeamViewer APP has problems on RK ROMs. However while doing a custom ROM for a company, they informed me that work is being done to get it fixed and have new releases which solve much of those issues.

The problems are NOT ROM issues but TeamViewer APP issues.

So you just have to wait until those issues are resolved in the APP. A ROM is not going to fix the orientation or other issues.

Before I flash just a question: will any apps and data be left on internal storage after the flash procedure?

If not, will Titanium Backup work if it back up to an external sd card in the slot on the mk808?

As to what is the best ROM...You already found the best one in my opinion since you posted here. Its very clean and stable, I use several USB devices reliability and have yet to see a fc or reboot on 1.7. It also has very good support both from finless and the community. If there was a finless ROM for my gk802, you bet it would be on there too.

If your going to run a 720 kernel, just use the one in my ROM. I find it the most stable.

As to 1080 kernels, while many are good, I just find performance to be behind. I do not think the current RK3066 and GPU handle it will without extreme overclocking which personally I do not like to do. Even with hardware mods, they are not as stable! Again this is just my popinion after many many hours of testing.

Also, with properly adjusted fonts etc (like in my ROMs), to me, 720P upscaled to 1080 is hard to really tell any difference. I am not a video phile guy so I am very happy with 720 kernel upscaled to 1080.

Speed drop at ethernet

Hello Bob and others. Thanks for the great work!
I'm using an usb-ethernet fot mij internet connection. With this rom the speed (speedtest.net) drops from > 50Mb/s to <12 Mb/s. Any Idea?

Yes I know there is much smali editing to make sleep work perfect. Sorry just a matter of time and I have to reverse engineer this as we have no soruces. It's freakin all over the place too so it is not easy to find all the issues!

Maybe if the torrent generates some bytes of ttraffic, it will never go to sleep.

I can personally attest to What Bob is saying.... The ROM here 1.7 is STABLE as it is... changing kernels and overclocking make it jumpy and force closes alot of apps.... Bob's released 1.7 is smooth and If you look further back in this thread you can see my AnTuTu Benchmark results first run... Very stable.... The more the ROM is tweaked with the easier it will be too COOK the processor. Heat is not your friend. So For those of you wanting to run 1080 or an overclocked ROM be warned.... the Finless 1.7 has been put through the ringer by several of us and it is at its best the way he packed it. GOOD LUCK and Happy ROMing. Cheers
