    Hi Wasser!

I flashed te RC2 , and here is my feedback:

    This rom is very fast!
    (install,app launch,browsing,movie playback)
Mouse cursor very smooth (in previous 2.0.9a sometimes laggy)
Skype working with my Logitech C310 , audio+video
BT , LAN working , but the wifi not working.
Wifi always turning on, and turning off - endless loop
Spdif not working , 2.0.9a OK with Kodi, and SPMC

    U-Box R89 16GB , V3.0 mainboard , AP6335

    Z77

    EDIT:
My Asus AC56U router is died , replace the old D-LINK , and wifi working perfectly.

Most painful issue - not working ACE player - it just crashes on start. It was working in 2.x firmwares, but never worked in any 3.x
As a hint - there was some issues with ACE player itself upon migrating from kitkat to lollipop.

What dos the ace stream vendor have to say about issues with Lollipop compatibility?

now it works with lollipop (not on wasser + R89), some googling showed, that this could be connected with Position Independent Executable (PIE) Security on Lollipop

              1. Very big problems with the MX-player(different versions) in hw mode(and hw+ too): stutters, freezes on second second(on lan), green screen, no audio, no work hw mode.
              2. Wi-fi(on ap6210 chip) work, but very slow, impossible to use for online video.
              3. Camera, Ace player still not working. Its very big problem, I think
              4. SPMC and Kodi- works fine.
              5. Internal microphone work in skype, but not work camera

                Some early results of RC2.

                MX player.

I fired up the first video that I always test, 4K-Chimei-inn-60mbps and it is almost flawless. The best playback of this file that I have seen on any ROM on any device to date and without an OC kernel too.

Then I played Planet Earth Pole to Pole 1080p and noticed something different from the norm. On past ROM's you would get continual tiny micro stutter every part of a second but this time I would get 2 or 3 flawless seconds of playback followed by one larger stutter and this cycle would repeat.
However after a general cleanup of things and a reboot I played it again and the video was absolutely flawless but with one major difference. There was no sound at all (default sound selected at this point).
I then played the 4K-Chimei-inn-60mbps again and there was sound from that but not from the Planet earth file.
I thought that this was odd but then found that when I was testing iPlayer out earlier when there was sound, there was no sound from this either.
Then I discovered through testing of more files that if the sound output has dolby surround sound then there will be problems but it is not consistent because after another reboot, some files with dolby would play for a while before sound dropped out completely for no apparent reason.
I am using the MX player custom codec.

So there has been a major step forward with regards to general video play and I'm going to test the same files through the stock player to see if any of the issues can be replicated.

The fact that iPlayer sound dropped out though is a curious one because it does not use any form of surround sound.

Looking rather exciting though I have to say.

General operations of the ROm as their usual fluid self.

Will report back more findings here when I have tested more things.

OK, quick test of the Planet Earth file in various other players:

Archos Video Player - Sound but continual micro stutter
BS Player - Sound but continual micro stutter but far less pronounced than in Archos video player.
ES Media Player - No sound but flawless video.
Video - Much the same as BS player but almost perfect video playback.
Video Player - No sound but flawless video.
XMTV player - Sound but awful micro stutter.

                SPDIF turned on

Using the Pole to Pole as a reference file

Archos Video Player - No Sound (as reported by the app because of lack of AC3 support) and continual but very fine micro stutter
BS Player - No Sound and continual micro stutter slightly more pronounced that Archos player.
ES Media Player - Np playback at all. Just a whirling circle in the middle of the screen as if it is attempting to play.
Video - No playback at all. Just a black screen.
Video Player - No playback at all. Just a black screen.
XMTV player - No sound and continual micro stutter slightly more pronounced that Archos player.
MX Player with custom codec - No playback at all. Just a black screen.

Checking sound playback against other general apps reveals no sound at all using SPDIF including Kodi (4 different versions tried) and SPMC although unlike the results that I would normally expect, there is no crackling or whining coming from the speakers when switching passthrough on.

When switching from SPDIF to default audio a reboot is required for sound to be produced.

Whilst icons on the home screen of the default launcher are well spaced out with the ability to see all the app names, those in the app drawer are more compressed with the names mostly being hidden by the icons directly underneath.

Using MTP my PC reports my 32Gb USB stick as having a capacity as 0.98Gb at the top layer. When drilling down to udisk0 the size is correct and there is no restriction on copying files.

I find that 1080p Youtube can have stuttering but have found this to be the case with every ROM and box that I have tried.
I have also found that even when selecting 1080p, Youtube will switch to a much lower resolution for no reason.
OGYoutube works better but you will still find some micro stuttering at 1080p.
Youtube through Kodi works best but so far I have found 720p to be the max I can get.
However, the difference between 720p and 1080p seems so marginal that I don't care that much when 720p gives smoother playback.
