why don't simply use reboot to twrp? I left a useful app for reboot. About remote it's odd someone on xda told me that goes well ... have you tried just to use any other key to wakeup? sorry but i have no free time to investigate... maybe later...

I tried twrp with the dummy update.zip but it didn't work. I will try another twrp options. From twrp I can't see the usb drives. Is this normal or it's an issue with my nexbox. Regarding the remote I've tried each button and it does not start the box, I think the xda user doesn't have a nexbox. I have changed the remote.conf for the nexbox a95x so the remote home button works. Before I was using the Multilanguage Keymap Redefiner app to do this. Changing the line ' 0x42 172' to ' 0x42 102' the home button works and I don't need the app. Maybe you can include the modifyed remote.conf in the final rom.

I'm sure you're right.... once I load your rom and click Uboot/kernel, how do I replace it with same from my stock rom? sorry for so many questions.

I hope you unpacked your stock rom, so go to your stock unpacked rom level 1 copy the two files we mentioned before (not all) on my level 1 files. then repack and try, if works.

:O check with totalcommander if /sdcard is present in your device, but anyway never had that kind of issue in my rom...

Can you try with Google chrome from playstore(fresh install)

I just uninstalled it and reinstalled from the Play Store and the problem went away.

And you got no error during the execution of the script?
Try to do it manually and post if there are errors:

su
dd if=/system/media/logo.img of=/dev/block/logo

Seems very strange to me cause i executed it just few hours ago...
About wake up after shutdown probably just nexbox uses a very particular bootloader, i really can't imagine what they did.

could be caused by a script i inserted that clear browser cache at every reboot, but i tested download thing without any issues.

Updated beta file with framework fixed so no more errors of any kind, just bootlogo, but will be fixed in final; was a experiment for some kind of devices.
Zipfile for sdcard method flashing posted.
