One Question i still have is why you used the FTMC 16.1 Build 19 ? Does it have a special Reason? Can I update to lastest Version from the Forum here without any Issues?
Or is that the most stable Version for our S912 Boxes ?

yes you can and should update it.
When i did this rom the available ftmc that i made at the time it was 19

I now installed the newest Version of FTMC... Now the Kodi Icon on the Homescreen doesnt work anymore. Is there a Way to Link it to the new Version?
I also dont understand, why FTMC installed a 2nd Version instead of making an Update.

Is there a Howto somewhere how to change the fixed Homescreen Icons ?

Well the changes from 19 to 29 are a lot, and that is why the icon the the launcher stop working.

Can someone please tell me if this works on the t95z 3gig ram and 32 gig storage ?? Also if it does work could you give me exact instructions on to to install this rom on there i understand you need the usb burning tool but step by step instructions would be nice thanks !

Do you know if there any custom roms out there for my particular box

I want a custom rom because i have a 1000gig internet speed and on my pc the speedtest came at 898gig per second and kodi still hardly if ever loads movies/shows

Yes and most on got with ethernet was 180mb per sec but and thats still good but box sure wasnt acting like it
