Not to oversimplify, but take a look at the settings in init.rc (more specifically, init.amlogic.usb.rc) and compare them to LibreELEC. The CPU governor policy settings (e.g. scaling_max_freq, scaling_min_freq) will have a significant impact. Also, look for services that you can disable, like logging services that may have been left on by default.

I don't have that hardware, but you can try different kernel modules and test them by placing in /system/lib/modules. When you have something working, please message me with a link and I'll update the custom ROM.

Real sorry for me this is complicated since I am new to this. I do not know what you mean by testing modules in the kernel. I can only tell you that my android tv box is mini m8s which is the next link. please help. I would not want to return to the original ROM of my device. please help.

I've installed TvStock on my mini mx3 box, and for some reason my ethernet isn't working, only wifi...
Used the same cable connected to my pc (which certainly working), and still nothing.
The ethernet worked on the stock firmware.
How can i solve this issue?

Yeah, I'm seeing the same problem on mine. I tried pulling over a few missing kernel modules from the MX3 stock ROM, but that didn't fix it. I'll continue to investigate, but the old Lollipop builds aren't getting a whole lot of bandwidth at this point.
