i normally get an error on mine when using burning tool.when the error occurs i unplug usb end connected to the box and plug it back in again.the burning process will then restart and hopefully complete without any more errors.ideally the usb to usb should be as short as possible.if laptop has more than one usb port you can try using a different one.also you can try with the power addapter connected to box at the same time.i have one box that this is needed for usb burning tool to work.trial and error until you get results im afraid.it has to be the right type of male to male cable or this could cause failure.but if you have used it before with success it should be suitable.

The error persists, always generating at 7% ... I held how you directed me

But I borrowed a laptop and got it done, but this time the error must be for another reason.
Mount any stock firmware. The reason may be in the firmware, may be in the cable, may be in the burning utility...

Take another firmware... but this is not good...
Can you use the new charging unit with the box now?
Everything is in the experience... I don't even press the reset button while brushing...

Thanks, I did as you directed, I tried on all our other USB ports. My cable is not the least, but I think that's not the problem, I used to flash it with an MXQ 4K. I do not know what else to do. My device is so cool, it's annoying to think that it will turn drawer bottom stock.

One question, do you get exactly that mistake? : "U Boot / Get Result / DiskInitial Error"?

What would a new charging unit be? Is there a USB data cable other than the one I'm using for example from a cell phone or a different power supply?

its a good sign if it is getting to 7%.you should be able to recover your box.sometimes it takes more than one attempt using same set up before it works.just the way it works!

So try then the SD card method with the new charger!

the usb cable carries 5v from the laptop to the box so you dont normally need to connect the power supply.the power supply is the one you connect to the mains to power up your box for normal use.

I'll try again with SD, redoing from the beginning. But SD Card Method does not require charger.

I can only get "Connection Success" when plugging the power supply.
