I had same problem. Solved by booting in twrp and burning an old firmware (zip version).

Hi all,
with the new bootloader bundled with this firmware i'm unable to flash firmware from sd card created with Burn Card Maker.

I've installed successfully latest twrp...

Can someone help me? I've a Mini M8s II...

I had same problem. Solved by booting in twrp and burning an old firmware (zip version).

but i dont have twrp? i push the pin from behind and nothing happend so twrp is not installed

If you search sagert 's posts on this thread, you can find his github with instructions and zips.

This rom is rooted so you can use official twrp's app to install the zip provided by sagert

I did not use much burn card reader.I'll post v28 on github soon.

You need to sed erase bootloader when writing.Аlthough it is risky judging by the state of your boxing.You can make a brick.
