You probably have windows 10 and you haven't installed properly the drivers and that's why your pc doesn't recognise the tv box!Originally posted by chenrp View Post

When installing usb burning tool at the end has the drivers for it!
So if the drivers are not properly installed the tv box will not recognised by the pc!Comment

the drivers are installed at the end of installing usb burning tool by itself. problem arises on how we procure the UBT. The UBT I used, had digitally signed driver which got installed by itself. If your UBT has unsigned drivers, they will not get installed because windows wont allow it.then you will have to uninstall your UBT, disable digital driver signature enforcement from startup settings and reinstall UBT with drivers on reboot. Unsigned drivers get installed when driver signature enforcement is disabled. Your box will be detected and you will succeed in flashing your img. Problem is, on next reboot driver signature will get auto enforced again and your driver will stop working and box will stop getting detected. So in the long run its better to find a UBT which has signed drivers.Originally posted by soldiaz View Post

Restarted my windows 10 again with driver signe disabled (option 7)
and still nothing...
uninstalled and reinstalled the burning tool still nothing.

Please read my post again. You have to manually uninstall World Cup device from device manager. I hope you know how to open device manager. Also, in device menu. There is an option to show hidden devices. Check it too. Your world cup device will show as hidden. Then uninstall it also.Originally posted by chenrp View PostComment
