Ethernet not working
Just flashed the following:
UT1-Wasser-1.2.4 firmware with
boot-1080p.img
kernel-1080p-ut1.img
to my Ugoos UT1
Wifi works but ethernet does not, what did I do wrong? I read thru the threads in this posting and didn't hear any one else with ethernet issues, but ethernet is supported but not functional.
On stock firmware firmware ethernet works perfectly fine.
Let me know if you I can provide further information. Thanks!

How to install this software
Many thanks Wasser for your good work!
I would like to install the software, but as I'm a total newbee I was searching for instructions how to do it. I found this blog: http://blog.arinium.fi/2014/01/howto...-on-ugoos-ut1/ where is told that I should use the RKAndroidTool if the software is containing several img files. This tool is also included in the file from Wasser.
I downloaded the Wasser software, containing 2 kernel files, of which I would use the 1080p version, and the \rockdev\... files which contain 5 img files. Should in my case only installed the boot-1080p.img file or also the misc.img, the recovery.img and/or the system.img file?
Many thanks for your answers.
Hans

Flashed it to my Ugoos UT1 using the 1080p boot.img and kernel.img everything seems to work great.
- Wifi works
- Ethernet works (didn't on 1.2.4)
- Include remote works great!
Thanks for the hard work Wasser!

Wasser 1.25
Gonna load up 1.25 tonight and see how it goes. Been waiting to flash again till it came out. Hopefully this fixes the (infrequent) lockups I've been having.
If you are looking for 1.25 check the OP!

wasser firmware 1.2.5
Thanks for the firmware wasser.
I have been using it (1.2.5, 1080p kernel) on my UT1 for an hour now, internet connection on ethernet and WiFi is good, had no issues streaming HD content. It is relatively stable, no crashes.
Got a score of 16030 on AnTuTu.
@wasser, would you be able to make an overclocked kernel for the UT1?, maybe a slight overclock on the CPU from 1.4Ghz to 1.6GHz.

Hi there,
Can anybody give me some advice here ?.I'm going to try Wasser's rom but the batch tool is not recognizing the UT1.I already rooted the device a few weeks ago,so the drivers were good.It shows up in the device manager (windows 7) and I can transfer files using Moborobo but can't get anything to work with the batch tool.I've tried re-installing the drivers, different cables, rebooting everything, recovery mode, normal mode......the list goes on.Any ideas ?
Cheers Vinny
