Cannot Mount SD card

I have tried this on both the Minix X7 and X7 mini firmwares, I cannot mount the SD card in CWM no matter what I try. Yes, SD is Fat32. I am trying to make a backup and restore a backup. Any help would be great. Thanks!

I have been running the latest Wasser FW 1.0.4 for several months and I judge it to be stable

Both the Wasser xbmc and spmc support DD and DTS passthru
Just make sure you select passthru at the Sound manager level in the ROM

i agree. very stable. I dont think i crashed this ROM a single time in several months.

i can add>

XBMC 13.2.x is stable. However occasional problems when starting / it can crash 1 out of 5. just restart it.
/ a few livestreams can occasionally also crash XBMC / i see it as a XBMC problem. I run this 20% of the time.

SPMC 13.3.x is stable. Same as above. Good passthrough. Fast. I run this 75% of the time.

KODI 14.x alpha. Not so stable to me. many addons have problems with inputting search. genereally the input with keyboard is not ready yet. Fast interface. Not for daily use with me yet. Interesting things coming with audio and scraper speed.

It does seem to me that we miss the small august / september updates from SPMC in Wasser XBMC / but perhaps its not nescessary anymore given that SPMC runs good.
what do you think about it Wasser ?

DVI to HDMI not 1080P?

Any reason the Minix does not recognize and output a 1080p signal even though the monitor supports it using an HDMI to DVI cable?

I am having this problem on the Minix X7 and X7 mini with your firmware.

I agree except that I find if I do not use the X7 for a couple hours, then when I return, it takes about 30 seconds or 1 minute to respond to the first remote button click.

Yes, the ROM is actually very slow to boot. Very fast to shut down. But very slow to start.

My issue is when I turn on the X7, wasser starts up, and them I leave the room for an hour. When I return, the X7 takes about 30 seconds to respond to my first button push. After 30 seconds everything is okay again.

I leave the portable HD plugged. I'm not worried about rotation. Should I be?

Hey guys I need a little help. My Neo x7 I use in my family room so far this Rom has been the best. Fast stable pass through working fawless no issues I can think of. I think I'm having user error. First the hls streaming, no issues with Netflix. But a lot times I have problems with the crackle app or youtube app or when I go to Web pages with Dolphin Browser. Either the video quality is real low or the audio is out of sync. My second thing I can't figure out when I use Google now or voice search I get no audio feedback. It shows up on the screen but no sound. I do the same command on my phone and it talks back. Third WiFi display, I thought this hardware can support it. Tired a few apps with no luck. Xmbc spmc works great for me, still crashes on startup every once in a while. I use it over WiFi with all my files on smb network share. If I could get these working correctly it would be perfect.

My last request is I need some advice my android box in my room is on its way out. The one they sold at Walmart along time ago.Terrible box but my first one. I don't want to spend a lot on this so I need the most bang for the buck. I was thinking

Did you notice micro freeze (20ms picture freeze) with rockchip player or Mxplayer (last one) during vidéos playing (h264 in my case)?

I install a fresh Wasser 1.04, and just test movie file... same issue. Most strange, i tested with 3.1 Quickshot.... same issue! It seems that is related to Kitkat codecs...

Of course, i tested movie file with my s802 or rk3288, there is no issue with KK rom. And last thing, no issue with JB rom.

A advice? Thx.

This feature maybe add in the future but I do not know if this require rom or app moding.

Yep, sure. I know that.

I m talking about real freeze (0,5 second) for a same movie files in same hdmi configuration (1080p60hz) with RK player or MX player (last version):

- X7 with QS3.1 or Wasser 1.04 .... with MX or RK player... freeze issue in same part of movie (FYI about 1min of this files : Forever.2014.S01E02.FASTSUB.VOSTFR.720p.HDTV.X264-ADDiCTiON.mkv and alot of others)

-VEGAS s89 and Tronsmart RK3288 R28 with stock kitkat rom.... no issue

I think kitkat ROM RK 3188 have some issue with "stock" codecs used by RK player . And, XBMC, SPMC, BSplayer, VLC play movies with no freeze.
