Hi forgive me my bad englisch i am from Holland

but i installed the wasser firmware 1.04 and it works great accept

when i am using internet over the ethernet it falls out verry often for about 5 to 15 sec or more i didn't count is there any soulution

I'm also using the ethernet connection and have encountered no such issue. Here are some items to check:

• Are you using dhcp or static addressing?
• Is the wifi interface on or off?
• If you connect the cable to a pc, does the same thing happen?

guys i modified build.prop of this rom to spoof it as a minix device in order to install airpin but I am getting warnings that is not avalid minix device. Anything I missed or anything that I should specify on the build.prop?

the WiFi is turned off
i used different cable's and also connected to my laptop but there was no problem
and i think i use dhcp but that i have to check tonicht
i have read somewhere that the problem can come from the A2 airmouse i also check that tonicht

I had the same problem during several months with differents firmware (quickshot, wasser ...) and so i used a power line communication. I think it's cause of my switch and a 15 meters RJ45 cable.

But since this Tuesday I installed the X7 kitkat CE Community 2.0.0, i don't used any more the powerline communication, no more disconnection each 10 seconds.

I installed the new CE KitKat and the ethernet conection problem is over
but i think the A2 airmouse worked better on the wasser 1.04 firmware
and in the wasser firmware was the internal flash 1 partition and know is back split in 2 parts that is a little problem in popcorn time for big files

Popcorn time can damage your nand flash. sorry to hyjack the tread but want to point out the danger on torrent/p2p usage on internal storrage. The chip is not designed for such high data read/write processing. Please make sure you use an external usb/sdcard for such.

Thanks for the warning but i am using an external sd card for this

Hello Guys,

i have change from Finless (1.09) to Wasser (1.04) now. After 3 days and some tests with many apps they have problems with finless rom i can say, Wasser is the better rom. The problem with finless rom was a partition (internal sd-card). But wait. There's more: Your status-bars on top and the transparent command-bar on bottom are also better. Now i have a favorite: Wasser Custom ROM for Minix Neo X7.

has this something to do with the brightness?
Install screen adjuster free and put contrast to 40
..i had the same problem and two pages back someone gave me this tip

How can i make a backup from this rom? Is cwm recovery inside the rom or first to install from rom manager?

T428 Flash Fail Oh NO! Need HELP!

I just tried to flash 1.04 to my T428 using RK Batch Tool 1.7 -

Am I screwed? Powers up (red light on) but no boot!
Is still able to go into flash mode!

How should I have flashed it?
