Kinda depends on what version you're running already.... but to be safe, i'd do a full reflash.

i just prefer not to loose all settings now as it takes some time with xbmc and addons etc.. - if RKtool is used, i can unclick parts of the image and only upgrade kernel or is that not possible ?

if thats not possible, i can ofcourse reflash it all again... arg

I also would like a way to manually hide/unhide systembar. Middle mouse-button would be good for this, since it is not used anyway.

internal_sd is writeable for all, the standard download folder is /sdcard/Donwload

I can play some flash video in really fullscreen with Galaxy Flash Browser. 1. Install hacked flash player for kitkat from xda. 2. Hide systembar in setting --> Display 3. Open video in browser and play video in fullscreen.

To wasser: Dolphin write: /mnt/internal_sd is read-only. I can not download file there.

I know the feeling very well Of course i think it is annoying, but i admit that i also am excited about 'beta-testing' the finest X7 rom.

For now, i personally decided to skip 1.0.2, and wait for 1.0.3 that will have some features which i really really miss! My box will be somehow 'user friendly' and set up for my needs until then.

Testing update

Currently testing 1.0.1
from the description I do not see any benefit in going to 1.0.2.

1. Sound device output defaults to Air Mouse if the power fails, a common occurrence here

If it is a shutdown, even if the power is later disconnected, then it defaults to RK29-RT5616 rather than the previously set value
(I prefer to use SPIDF passthru)
Is there any way to make it retain the previous value?? Please.

2. No random crashes in this release that I have seen

3. When playing 1080 there are micro breaks in the sound, 1 sec or less
Using MX Pro, fed from ext usb disk or ext sd card

Installed your 1.0.2 yesterday and after 24 hours of use most everything is working well!

Still evaluating but think this will be my "Daily Driver"!

Slinglayer Tablet edition works well!
Running official XBMC Gotham with XBMCHUB Fusion installer more apps and videos play than any previous ROM I have tried and I have tried many.

A couple of minor issues:

Launcher 3? I have not used this launcher and it took me a while to see I needed to long right click on the Homescreen to see the "Widgets" option. When looking for widget "Google Finance" 2x1 only find 1x1(too small) where is 2X1?

How do I send an unwanted homescreen icon to trash?
How to rename an App folder?

Unable to play "Google" Panos taken with Nexus4? Could do with Finless 4.4.2

Not sure how to config audio? One HDMI cable solution. Works via HDMI cable to audio receiver but appears Stereo only? Read all posts and I will wait for next version for fix?

Hulu+ app crashes? I have not gotten this to work yet with any KK ROM.
