Never succeeded to have sound on any KK ROM and i have no idea why! Any help?
- I already selected in sound manager the right device for output sound but nothing.

what hardware do you have? Could you please attach the output of "ls -l /proc/asound/"
i need these infos before i can tell you why sound doesn't work.

I managed to apply the patch, but xbmc not play DTS audio track. the ampli make flick.

AC3 track works perfectly

You mean dolby digital?Never use DTS but Dolby Digital.

BUT it does not handle DTS passthru on SPDIF of HDMI
I have ticked the box but my amp says No, only PCM coming through
