no problems here,, yesterday watched 2 movies, all fine. Though i have a 3tb hdd with my media plugged in directly to the box, don't know your setup and i have all 3 codecs checked using XBMC provided in the firmware.
109k4 is better

This makes me beleive they didn't quite get the wireless fixed and introduced a bug.

If playback is fine from a harddrive but not when over wireless streaming it seems less likely there a codec issue.

Ok i know know why there a sync issue with the new rom.
If you playback to anything other then the default resolution of the rom 1080p you get a sync issue and stuttering.
This is regardless of what the rom switched to (example a 720p tv).

If you set the app (if possible of course) to playback to output/stream at 1080p everything plays back smooth.

Easily fixed is the app allows for change like say plex but a issue if the app doesn't allow for change.
Also apps that have their own playback like mxplayer don't encounter this issue.

This was not present in the 108k4 rom.

ah so you're network streaming. someone reported a/v out of sync after 10 minutes or so. don't know if it was you but then add this bug to the google docs sheet. Maybe finless can check on it and have it fixed in his rom. i would pm him.

My mxiii 2gb is on the way from china and I'd like to thank you for your help and support. Already before taking my tv box in my hands I know so much about it! I would like to ask something from oman bob or anybody else who can help me out. The problem is that I have bought a mele f10 deluxe air mouse. As I have read in this forum and seen on YouTube although this air mouse has a game mode (control by gyroscope g-sensor in some games), this function only works in mele boxes only. I'm sure this is a software issue and mele doesn't help the customers through their support forum. I would like to ask if it is possible to fix this with the upcoming official or finless rom! Thank you in advance!

Trying to see this problem myself... This locking Android to 1080 resolution on 720 TV has been a problem since 104K in my opinion. I can no longer fix the 720P thing as the code has changed way too much now.

Please tell me how to recreate this problem so I can see if I can patch it out.

Most easly seen with plex.

Playing at anything other then 1080p causes stuttering and sync issues.
Iam not sure this one really going to be fixable as i seen this with most 3188 roms to some degree or another.
The 1080p default for the rom seems to always bite us in the butt.

Fortunately plex has resolution options but this is going to mess with apps that want to display at something other then default.

For plex its a minor issue at best since you can chose resolutions to stream at and bypass the problem.
For others its likely going to be a issue but as long as they use mxplayer or the like they can easly bypass it.

Frankly with so many changes to it the 1080p lock not likely to ever get perminalty fixed.

I do have plex, i want to test. what do i need to do to be equal to your case scenario. I have the MboxSettings Display set to 720p-60Hz and videos of any tipe but i have to re-do my plex server first. I'll test with videos on a friend's shared plex server first.

I'm pretty sure that on 108 I could have waken up the box from standby with my Tronsmart TSM-01 air mouse, but I can't on 109. Any way to enable this?
